Doesn’t find connected device
Have the Zone 100 headset, despite it connecting via Bluetooth on my iPhone. Cannot connect via the this app. False advertising.

App consistently loses connection with earbuds
Been using Zone True Wireless on iOS for a few years now. iPhone and earbuds are fullly up to date on software. The entire time, the iOS app will consistently and frequently not find the connected earbuds, despite them being connected via Bluetooth at the time I launch the app. Have to put earbuds back in case, push connection button for app to find them. Should be noted there is no need to reconnect to Bluetooth on system.

Die männliche deutsche Headsetsprache ist richtig fies und zu laut bzw. die Lautstärke nicht anpassbar. 👎

App does’nt see vibe 100 but i can connect via bluetooth. App is useless.
Kopfhörer gut, eigene Sprach zu laut und nicht einstellbar.
Ich finde den Kopfhörer wirklich gut. Er drückt etwas auf den Ohren, aber entweder hab ich mich daran gewöhnt oder das gibt sich etwas mit der Zeit. Was mich stört ist, dass man die sprachliche Ausgabe von zB: „Dongel verbunden“ nicht leiser stellen kann.

非常的糟糕。vibe125的外盒上就寫著要我們下載logi tune，結果電腦版是可以用，但手機版卻不支援vibe125，等於在手機板上是不能用的。而且它還不支援中文介面，還會跟電腦本身的驅動程式打架，HP筆電的快捷鍵指示燈就發生異常，開了也不亮，一卸載logi tune就恢復正常了。
Zone Vibe is Awful
App does nothing to update this device and device won’t work without updates. Cute looking garbage. Into the trash it goes as it won’t connect to teams. Booooo.

Zone 950 won’t update
Just Bought this on cyber Monday…but they require a update right so I update them. Then after 1/2 of the update it pauses and nothing happens and doesn’t give me the 2nd update and due to it not fully getting both updates it erases the first update and makes you restart.. So now you have some hope still left right so you restart and try again… And wow it happens again.. my device is brand new full function able and fully charged but needs this update by the look of the patch notes it would really help out my device.. I may have to Return these they were a gift I’m glad I tested them only to find theirs a software update issue idk if they’ll resolve this before Christmas man I hope you guys don’t get tons of returns. But unless this is fixed I’m returning these and not getting a 2nd pair.
The app can’t pair with the earphone
As other people said. The earphone works well with my iPhone 13 pro through Bluetooth. But this app always can’t find my earphone to connect
I want to return the Vibe 125
the wireless receiver is a pain with no benefit. no increase in range or clarity. Now today I find out the Tune app doesn’t work with the 125 for some mysterious reason. I am going to request an exchange from Logitec. This headset sounds like crap and has no noise cancellation with out this app. Buyer beware. Dont get the Vibe 125 of you plan to use it with a phone
Still have bugs
The connection of the app to the earphone was unstable, both Bluetooth and earphone were on but the app just can’t find the device for more than an hour, and the interface of the app is confusing,too. The earphone is great but the app still need improved.
App no longer updates earbuds
As a owner of the zone true wireless, I was shocked when I had to rely on my Android friend to get my earbuds connectivity issues resolved. Thankfully the connection to the ear buds is still strong, but the software has a bug currently. When will you fix this?
Useless
Trying to connect for webcam on pc but I’m stuck trying to pair wireless Logitech headphones which I do not have. Can’t progress any further
Vibe 130 no 125?
So I can’t download logitune to my surface pro and the Apple app is improperly labeled and won’t connect to my new headset. It’s like they’re not trying
