Login Issue, Great support
I purchased Premium annual. Was able to log in on my phone but then tried also logging in to my iPad and MacBook Air. Told me password was incorrect. I couldn’t find a way to reset my password as it took me to the “You’re back!” page. I clicked “Login” but it auto-filled my old password and then gave me the same error message. I couldn’t find anything that allowed me to either enter my email and new password, or reset my password. I emailed InVintory support and received a prompt and detailed response from support which quickly solved my issue, and gave me info to avoid the issue in the future. I’m back at entering bottles!
Terrible app with data loss issue
I lost a ton of data. The customer service has been so tough to get help from… They don’t care about paying customers. I am going to tell wineries not to buy this app.
Best wine tracker and storage I've ever had But……
Hello, I don’t remember exactly when I first signed up, but I’m currently managing about 400 bottles across six wine fridges, and this app has become an essential part of my system. One of my favorite features is the ability to tap and visually locate a bottle—it’s incredibly helpful and saves time. The app also offers a wide range of features, and overall I find the interface intuitive and easy to navigate. I do have a few suggestions for improvement. First, there are limitations when setting up shelves with varying bottle capacities. Some of my shelves don’t hold the same number of bottles per row, which makes accurate setup in the app a bit challenging. Greater flexibility in configuring shelf layouts would make a big difference. Second, I would love to see an option to view an entire shelf when using the “locate” feature. Ideally, selecting a bottle would open a full-shelf view so you can visually scan all labels at once. If this feature exists, I haven’t been able to find it. Lastly, the drinking window feature isn’t something I rely on. I’ve opened several bottles marked as “beyond their drinking life” that were still showing excellent structure and aging potential. Because of that, I tend to trust my own judgment more than this indicator. That said, I want to emphasize that I use and genuinely enjoy this app—it’s a fantastic tool for managing a collection of this size.
Freezes every time I add a bottle
Seems like it would be a good app, but every time I add a bottle, the app locks up and I have to reboot. Feels daunting as I have 130+ bottles to upload…. Is the a new release coming soon? NOTE: This is only if I add a new wine from within a bin, if I add a wine from the main screen and assign it to a bin, it doesn’t break. Seems like bug
Like it but it keeps freezing
I love the app design but after I add a bottle I have to keep closing over and over to add another because it freezes. Frustrating

This app has been excellent—easy to use, intuitive, and reliable. The overall experience is smooth, and it’s clear that a lot of thought went into making it convenient for customers. The customer service was equally impressive. Parker was especially helpful, responsive, and knowledgeable, and made sure my questions were addressed quickly. Great app and even better customer support. Highly recommend!
Awful
Buggy, crashes, times out, can't identify from pictures anymore, prompts advertisement for elite even though we are already paying an exorbitant subscription fee. Stick with cellar tracker.
Not bad but so hard to review past notes
My primary use case for this app is to add bottles to my collection, and to remove bottles and make a comment on them once drank. Everything else is either a nice to have, or actively getting in the way. It’s weirdly hard to review the bottles you have drank. I always get confused about where to go to view this list. Worse, is the fact the notes I leave about the wine (notes I want to easily review and reference when buying/rebuying a new wine) are so buried! It appears I have to get into the drank wine (which is already hard to find as I mentioned) and then I have to start editing the entry to view the notes!!?? Maybe I’m missing another way but they are not visible until I tap edit details.
Disfunctional
Great concept, but the app crashes ALL the time. Anytime I try to do any second task, it freezes or crashes (meaning, select one wine in my cellar - good - but selecting the second wine sends me back to the first). The only way out of the loop is to close out of the app entirely to start over.

Procurei antes de baixar, mas quase não tinha comentários e os poucos q tinha, falavam q era bom o app. Baixei, add a primeira garrafa, e o q eu imaginei… PAGO. Tem teste de 14 dias.
CellarTracker killer!
The CellarTracker community is still amazing, but this app is doing everything else right. Love the cellar/fridge visualizations and Vincent, a fantastic implementation of a truly helpful LLM to help research and also manage your collection. Keep up the great work!
App still freezing up
Hi devs, what’s going on with this app? For the last 5 days or so, it freezes every time I try to search for a wine. I’ve deleted and reinstalled and still same problem.
Ai is confused for date
The AI seems like it needs some fine tuning, as it just told me to age a wine until 2025, but today’s date is January 22, 2026. I told it that and it apologized, but that seems a big problem to not know the current date when you’re suggesting how long to age of wine further. But when I asked a follow up question asking how I prevent it from making that error again, I got a message that I’ve reached the end of the chats on my thread.
Deleted
Read good reviews so I thought I would give it a try. First bottle I scanned was a Santi Amarone and it lists it as a Cabernet. If you can’t get that right it’s time to delete and that’s what I did. No way I am paying for this
App logged me out
The app logged me ou many features t, and it was very difficult to get logged back in. Otherwise, the app is fun. Kind of exciting to use, let’s you see your inventory in list form and there’s features that I don’t use, but I could see being handy. Dinged two starts for logging me out and the dead login button.
Great Software
We have been transitioning from another wine cellar tracking tool and are really happy with InVintory so far. The migration was smooth and the team added new wines to the database as needed. The interface is slick and the functionality is great. Also, the team is responsive, helpful, and easy to work with. Try it!
Scummy producers
Using local wine shops to shoot low quality ads without the decency of even notifying them is scummy. Just swapped over everything to Cellar Tracker for the reliability and consistency.

Glitch issues
As a whole the app is great for what is what designed for. HOWEVER it definitely has glitches one issues I keep having is when I click on past bottles they all disappear and I can’t see them.
AI chat freeze
AI chat 100% of the time causes app to freeze when it responds, help!

Why not show cost up front?
I hate apps let you download and then it says start free trial and you’ll get a reminder when the free trial is over. But nowhere does it tell you how much this darn app costs. Why would I start something when I don’t know what the cost will be if I continue to use it?? downloaded and deleted it right away

This is an excellent wine tracking app. I wish they had a more ipad friendly version ( I’m sure they are working on it).

A bit buggy and slow
This app is very good for modeling and storing large collections but the scanning isn’t always accurate, the fact you can’t select multiple slots when adding wine is crazy and the app has some strange bugs depending on how you try to add to the 3D cellar at times and just fails. It’s good but it needs some polish in a real way.
Best cellar management app around
So much fun playing with this app. Team routinely adds awesome features. I’ve tried them all and this is my favorite.
Won’t Let Me Log In
I downloaded this app, tried to set it up but it wont let me log in. It says the email is already in use so I click to reset, it sends me an email, tells me to click the reset button but all it does it take me back to the original sign in/create screen but still will not allow me to reset my password. Really bummed.
Best wine inventory app still room to improve
It’s the best app for tracking your wines and keeping a record of them and their value and location. Sometimes the value is a bit glitchy and it’s hard to know how it is calculated (mine fluctuations by 10% over a few weeks). Also it’s missing some features or some don’t work like being able to click through to a wine and move between cellars or see that wines value over time or add additional wines to a group if you buy more of the same.
Market Valuations
The app values the bottles at twice their actual market value, so I'll need to adjust the price for each one individually.
No longer reliable
New: Doesn’t always provide the 3d image of the section I created as the location for adding wines. Just offers me the My Cellar. As a result I can’t access the open spots in the image to touch and select. This is an intermittent issue making the app hugely frustrating to use. Old:Just input 300 wines in my collection by scanning. Most all wines recognized. But the best feature is the 3d model of my wine cabinet. I can search and locate any bottle in seconds. I can even have a friend look around in the cabinet. How cool is it to browse around your wine collection on your phone instead of the real thing.

Could be a useful app but comments and notes keep disappearing (from memories section) really annoying and waste of time if I can’t keep my notes Why does the vintage in the memory never match the vintage of the bottle selected?
iPad only in landscape
It is nice to finally have an iPad app but the forced landscape mode is unfortunate. I have an iPad mounted beside my cooler but can only fit in portrait mode. Unfortunately, the app now only works in landscape.
Does it work?
Tried the Aspire version. Still is buggy. Can’t edit the vintages when the scan fails. Can’t enter location for a scanned label missing location. App does mention how to label locations. Too much details is not explained initially to understand how to label storage.
New User
I have never tracked my wine inventory and while it took a while to setup and organize the 450 bottles that I own, I will say that it was totally worth it. It gives me recommendations of what to drink, easy to find when using the locator and there are so many neat tools that I’m looking forward to using.

Recognizes zero of my wine bottles
Had high hopes for this app - but started scanning to add my first bottles, and the app could not recognize any labels. I tried 5 different brands including Black Sage and Summerhill - both mainstream wineries available in stores and restaurants, should have been recognized. There’s no way I’m going to manually enter 80+ bottles. Glad the app was free! Next!
Database patchy
Database too incomplete for easy use. Even some big names missing. Option of submitting wines cumbersome when there are more than just a handful
Perfect for me
Absolutely love this app!!! I am just getting into learning more about wine and building a cellar, the free version I am currently using is perfect for everything I need. Have yet to purchase a bottle the app doesn’t recognize, the market value feature is a bonus- love the drink window information as I am not well versed in this art on my own. Pairing notes very helpful when entertaining- simply love it! Keeps track of consumed wines as well as purchase price, vendor etc so you can backtrack.

This app is very well built but we should have access to at least a basic bottle location in the free version
Better interface than vivino but lacking some functionality
It would be good to know and be able to add more details about a wine (eg. vineyard, vintage characteristics, soil features, method, additives, etc), to see greater controls to ensure that wine details in the existing database are accurate (I already found several wines where the country and grape varietals were wrong - there should be a way to offer corrections rather than just adding a new wine for review), the ability to see verified somm reviews, and a way for verified winemakers to add wines and details about the wine (e.g. tasting notes, vineyard history and other info as noted above). It’s great to be able to compose a wish list, but I’d also love to be able to share tags/themes with my husband so that he can see what kinds of wines I’m interested in at a given time for gifts etc. E.g. I like Gamay, Beaujolais, high acid reisling, natural wines, etc.
Makes cellar management easy
I use this app almost daily to manage my wine collection. It continues to get better with added features including the label scanning.

Have been using this app for awhile now and it seems to work well. However, how do I remove or change the name of a “tag” I have previously entered? I can’t seem to figure out how to do this.
