If you even miss 1 EMI, they continuously spam call you minimum 4 times a day until you clear it
Frequent App Crashes During Payments
I love this app to be honest, bit last from couple of months I am experiencing frequent app crashes right into payment page, whether its upi or credit card bill, after I enter my OTP or upi amount it crashes badly. Please guys fix this
Cashback issue
CRED doesn’t give any cashback and in gpay receiver show he get a cashback and the reward section part is useless they give coupons which is very useless

Disappointing app
USE THIS APP ON YOUR OWN RISK. It is an app which is good upto some extent but as on date there are more apps which are competing with this app. While this app should work towards tech upgrades and clarities but this app fails on many counts. There are lies and misleading things which sometimes make me scared of such apps. Technicians of this app failed to resolve issues of technical glitches and couldn’t do anything even after repeated complaints. In end they will mark it resolved without resolving. These days if such finance related app is unable to resolve tech glitches then it is scary.
Never let this app check your CIBIL score
I checked my cibil using this app few months ago and the next day, my phones SMS app and WhatsApp was filled with loan app vendors. I seriously doubt they sold my information to the third party.
Best App for Rewards
Cred is the best app for UPI, Credit Cards, Rewards and Cashbacks. Also, for branded products at affordable price to try and test.

You cannot reach to customer service at all

Compare to other platform it’s not good option at all. Even using CRED coin to orders something discounted one product . Got expired product . Also no cash back comes even paying bills all the years more than 4 million . Other platforms has more valuable things to offer
The Coins that CRED gives are useless
The UPI is good, but the coins that CRED giving after the bill payments are seriously waste. I have 7 lakh coins, I dont know what to do with these, except getting penny discounts on CRED sponsored brands. CRED - Please provide better rewards rather giving useless coins.

Bill payment and manage cards are good but win reward is the scam if you win something and try to get checkout it will be show soldout

Whatever happened to that iPhone duo raffle - no info/no update
I bought 1000 raffle tickets using 50 lakhs coins/points I don’t expect to win but there is not even an update on what happened. Did I win or did anybody else win or this is a just a cheap marketing/engagement gimmick

I am extremely disappointed with CRED’s rewards system and the newly introduced freebies. The rewards and freebies appear attractive, but the actual experience feels misleading and offers little real value to users. Instead of providing genuine benefits, the system creates expectations that are not fulfilled. CRED was once known for its rewarding experience, but now the rewards seem pointless, and the new freebies feel more like a promotional gimmick than genuine offers. It makes users question whether these rewards are actually worth their time and effort.
