Bill payment Decimal Issue
Why a user is not allowed to pay full amount including decimal value when Enter Custom Amount option is used. Pay option gets disabled. But if you are paying via Total Amount Due option, You can pay even with decimal value. Can someone fix it?
Frequent login Error During login
Hi Team, I am facing too many issues while logging in to the Bob card app. The app frequently shows error, takes too much time to load and sometimes does not logging properly .Another major issue is that even after my payment has been successfully settled,the updated amount is not properly reflected.pls improve the application stability and fix the issue.

It’s not working proficiently. Performance of the apps is very poor and nobody watching closely. Other banks apps like ICICI , Axis & YONO is better than him.

Unable to login via Add-On card despite all checkboxes
The IT team should work on the app efficiently so that no inconvenience is caused to the customer. Even logging into the app after all authorisations is glitching. This is not done from the Bank’s side. We as customers are entrusted in your bank, not to see this inconvenience. Take necessary action on this immediately.
