Pathetic
Its a pathetic app, it makes u feel how 2G use to work in our days. It would take time to load and then gets timed out. When its an important work, it would make u feel like killing urself.
Convert to emi is not working
When I want to convert my transaction on pnb genie “no transaction found” text appears
Bad app
I am displeased by pnb devs. I use pnb one and that app not perfect is still nice. All the functionality is present with a decent enough ui. This app on the other hand is borderline trash. It took me 9 attempts to complete the sms verification at first launch. Following that the app doesn’t have biometrics lock and is unable te make use of faceid on iphones to login the app. Other than that the e-card section of the app doesn’t work. I have a new card and am unable to look up cvv or the number on the card because the bloody app keeps showing timeout error and logging out every damn time

After entering PAN Card, date of birth and sending sms for sim verification, it simply times out and throws technical error message.

Its a timeout App. The app doesn’t open. The cursor keeps rotating and gives request timeout.

Your app is not accepting my date of birth (DOB). Please help resolve this issue.
App stuck on a new card activate screen and not allowing to manage other existing cards
I requested a Visa variant of my rupay card, but when I came to know that it will be chargeable, I decided not to activate it. But app is forcing me to activate the card and not allowing me to manage other cards. There is no option to skip and proceed. This is clearly a dark pattern and should face legal actions.

Do not apply or try to get credit for PNB
On of the worst and very time consuming bank to apply for credit card. I have applied for credit card through kiwi app and it almost a month now still it isn’t processed. After doing vkyc they said it will take 15 working days max but from almost a month there to update about application. Very pathetic service both call and email also. RBI should ban this type of bank immediately who doesn’t know how to give service to customers. Thos who are trying to gate credit card take my suggestion that gate any credit card other than pnb. Just the application process is very painful and pathetic that you can’t imagine after service.
