Try add new payment method
While paying credit card bills or anything in cheq app i see pay via internet banking, via linked bank accounts in cheq upi, via other upi apps gpay,phonepe. If possible please add pay via upi id so that we can pay using other person bank account using their upi bank account.
Poor support care
Extremely disappointing support experience. ₹2,95,605 was debited from my SBI account on 5 Oct for an IndusInd Credit Card payment, but the payment has not been credited. No response from CheQ support despite repeated attempts. Please resolve this urgently or refund the amount. I strongly advise others to avoid using CheQ for credit-card payments until such issues are properly resolved
Useless app with unwanted ads
Not able to use the cheq coins while paying the next credit card bill
Widget support for ios
There should be an option for adding widgets in ios Home Screen that show the due amount and date for each credit card added, just like Cred. Also developers should add feature to show all the reward points and offers on each of my credit card. Think about these aspects and implement them.

Fund in Process
I have facing couple of times the same issue of fund processing, I have facing worst experience from cheq my money have no address, may be it will credit within 2 days , but my needs want to fulfill today but no way
Rewards are none
There's literally zero incentive now. I have like 2.9k of coins and all the rewards are useless now. Under food category, there's one. It feels like they had good rewards when they started off and after a few customer accusations, they limited or downgraded rewards. UI is clean so 1 extra star for that.

Failed payment alert
I was paying my tuition fee from this app with credit card. Payment got deducted from my credit card but CheQ reflected failed payment. Now i am stuck and waiting for my payment to be refunded in my credit card and worried soo much. Also their customer support is too slow snd not helpful.

Worst app experience
Having issues in points getting credited and it will take 3/4 days for the points to get reflected in the app. Pathetic support, in spite on sending several mails on missing points no solution given. Prefer some other alternate apps. Also 6% cashback is not real as it’s getting rounded to 200 meaning 199 will not get any points and 399 will earn points only for 200. Not recommending to any one.

Payments getting error
Very bad experience, if is not able to complete the transaction please don’t allow I’m have may transfer media, You company will take all OTP everything then also payment is still on hold, Then after it will show refunded, For to transfer my card amount I need to wait for 5 to 6 working day. If it’s technical issue means please hold the transfer process.

Statement issue
Does not support any other email. Only Gmail … my credit card bill comes on hotmail… so I can’t use CheQ

Please add support for lock screen upi widget. So that I don't have to open the app just to scan the qr code
payment issue
i was given an offer to get instant discount of 100rs on payment of a specific amount of credit card bill so i paid 100 rs extra than that amount of my credit card bill but i didn't get any discount. and it is not first time everytime they offer something and give much different and smaller than they offered and there is no option to report or call customer care. worst experience with this app and i going to delete my account from this app. today i recieve an mail to take in app help and support option and contact via given ticket id but there no option to talk there

Intentionally stalling account deletion & holding data hostage!
Absolutely pathetic customer service. I have been trying to close my CheQ account, but the team is intentionally stalling the process. I had a Fibe loan through them which is 100% closed, and I have already shared the official No Dues Certificate (NDC). Despite having zero liabilities, they refuse to delete my account and continue to give automated, scripted replies. They are clearly trying to inflate their "active user" metrics by holding consumer data hostage against explicit consent. This is a severe breach of data privacy and RBI fair practice guidelines. Do not trust this app with your financial data. If my account isn't permanently deleted immediately, I will be lodging a formal complaint with the RBI Sachet Portal and the National Consumer Helpline.
