While I’m trying to get this card my email is incorrect due to which I’m not able enter otp neither I can edit my email. Help
App not working
1) An error code (60034) is displayed whenever I try to proceed with VKYC. 2) I had referred my colleague for address verification, and I received the address verification letter. However, it has still not been updated in the app, and the virtual card is also not showing in the app

I found this card very beneficial for day to day transactions like i got multiple rewards on UPI payments done over Rs100, which I usually do alot. Also it gives me rewards on creating a voucher for different Apps & Brand.
Fraud referral program
So the app is using a fraud reference program under which they flag your reference as old customer even though the referred person have no connection with them and decline the reference point and reward, when asked for proof they gave simple answer we can’t provide the data and no rewards for reference. Also the representative first excuses was loan account were present for my referral whit company when confronted the representative said by mistake this information was given and these customer have been with us since last 4 year and nothing can be done.

If we want to deactivate our account it takes us to customer care support and does not directly deactivates it! Any of the other apps does not do this except THIS one! And personally I think this is a such a worse thing! It should depend on us whether we want to deactivate our account or not.

App is nice but the service is not good I am already using Uni from 1 year until now I have not received the physical credit card I have complained many times no reply from the team.

Telling lie regarding score .told me your score is below 700 after payment 99 my score showing 755 App show if you have take FD backed credit card then he is process further , support channel is dead when you try to chat chat system not worked . Totally blank frod and cheating company . Please not use
Not good with yes bank
Don’t go with yes bank, instead go with BOB linked. BOB gives far better limits than yes bank and you cannot change the bank once the card is issued.
