Don’t take any services
It’s the worst company ever for finance, please don’t take any services like loans. I have taken car loan in year 2022. I was paying my emi properly and only one EMI missed due to job switching, he have send people to my home with in 3 working days. And I already informed to company before that for emi missing. So I’m seriously suggesting don’t take any services from Poonawalla. If you took and even single emi missed they will send people in your home without any information.

Asking amount for Mydoc after process complete, which I don’t want
Fraud don’t take loan here, you may go for Bajaj finance or navi, Moneyview rather than here
Trust me this company is going to bankrupt soon so they are sucking others money. App only show white screen. I tried 2-3 times install-uninstall
Pathetic
They are harassers. Even after paying you tell them multiple times to update their records. They will call you hundred times. Suddenly texting from now onwards bounce charges will be 1200 instead of 500
Pathetic experience
Worse experience from customer care, instead of resolving customer query they prefer to create maximum confusion as possible and not provide correct answer, neither on phone nor on email. However there are so many SMS and WhatsApp alerts before EMI due date, one certainly feels guilty and frustrated for opting loan from them. Also there is lack of transparency, so not going to use it in future, banks are far better than services from this app. Update: Before taking loan they show lower charges and after taken the loan they revise the charges upto 3x. Initially voice charges were 500/- and now it’s 1500/-, previously which was 5.5% of EMI is now 18% of EMI. Interestingly such changes they force on existing customers as well to whom they showed different charges initially. Another worse experience by Poonawala fincorp.
Very Disappointing Customer Service Experience…
Extremely poor service and customer support. My experience with Poonawalla Fincorp has been very disappointing. Despite repeated follow-ups, I did not receive proper assistance or a satisfactory resolution. Customers should not have to keep chasing the company for basic information and support. Very frustrating experience. I would expect much better customer service from a financial company.
BIG TIME SCAMMERS
Worst and most hopeless loan app you will ever find They charge you late fees even before your due date! They are the biggest scammer here Also take loan from anywhere but mot here make sure you tell your friends and family to not trust poonawalla fincorp !
