Worst loan experience-stay away.
Avoid Aditya Birla loans. Their constant calls, WhatsApp messages, SMS and emails days before the EMI date are extremely irritating and feel like harassment. My EMI is due on the 5th, yet they start chasing me from the 27th/28th. Terrible customer experience. I strongly recommend staying away from this company.

Absolutely the worst service experience ever! Their customer service is extremely disappointing. There is no proper way to connect with the customer support team for immediate resolution. Every single time, you are forced to write an email and then wait for several days just to receive a response. There is absolutely no sense of urgency or customer support. On top of that, their OD repayment structure is pathetic and extremely inconvenient. The repayment and foreclosure process is unnecessarily complicated, frustrating, and poorly managed. Customers are left struggling to get basic information and proper assistance when they need it the most. Honestly, this is one of the worst repayment and foreclosure experiences I have ever faced. I would strongly NOT recommend this service to anyone. If you value proper customer support, transparency, and a hassle-free repayment process, stay away from this service. Extremely frustrating, poor customer service, pathetic repayment process, and an overall terrible experience.

They take all your information and at last they say we cannot offer any loan at this moment please reapply after 30 days. If you can’t provide loan then why do you offer pre-qualified loan.

Extremely disappointing and stressful experience with the Aditya Birla Capital app and customer support. It has been over 30 days since my payment, but the status is still not updated in the app. I did a test transaction first which never reflected, and even after paying the foreclosure charges to close my loan, there is zero status update or response. The payments page is completely non-functional, payment history doesn't load, and support emails are being completely ignored. Terrible service and lack of accountability—resolve this and close my loan immediately!

Absolutely pathetic and ridiculous
Worst experience with Aditya Birla Capital High PF, insurance, flat-interest structure and heavy foreclosure charges. Very poor customer experience. Don’t go for their loan or OD. If customer concerns like these continue to be ignored, the company risks losing its consumer-loan customer base. Eventually, the company could lose its consumer base and shut down. Very poor experience Think twice before taking a loan with such worthless lenders.

The application is so pathetic that even basic operations are not working , their customer service numbers are not working the staff is very ride … the Foreclosure charges are the highest in the industry and they can change these policy anytime during the year and hence found untrustworthy application as well as the organzation.

I've called customer care 10 times since this morning. My payment wasn't auto-debited, so I paid manually, but I wanted clarification regarding the status. They keep asking for payment screenshots, but even after sending them, they are just stalling and making excuses. First, they said my email isn't updated. Then, they claimed they would transfer me to the loan department to update it, but they never did, wasting my time. To make matters worse, the executive was laughing and mocking me on the call. Despite calling 10 times, no one has updated my email, and the excess amount paid hasn't been refunded either. Very unprofessional service! Intrest eating games are playing

The application has not been working since morning despite multiple attempts to use it. I also tryed calling customer care but the number the have mentioned over app is also invalid this is extremely disappointing customer support. The application support is poor and my experience about this app has on of the worst
