Fake App
Pathetic App why the hell App is launch if there is no option for card payment and bill payment not even support . After month time deleting the app as it is of no use . Everything is con mansion. Hope you know about minimum Marketable product .

Fraud company
Fraud company I did a transaction using my credit card Money got debited from my card but never reached the beneficiary it's been nearly 2 months now.... I dont know where is the money. You can’t reach their customer support also
My payment pendjng
Dear Spaid Support Team, I am writing regarding a payment settlement that has been pending since 6 June. Transaction Amount: ₹25,070 Transaction Date: 6 June Status: Received / Authenticating (Not Settled) The settlement was expected earlier, but the amount is still pending. I have tried contacting support through calls and email but have not received any response. Kindly check the transaction status and provide an update on when the payment will be settled. I would appreciate an urgent resolution.

Why this app collected my data like my contact if i want to use this app i already giving them 2% charges then why they want my contacts data to using this app
Poor response
Very poor response with the application. The payment window gets stuck and i cannot see the Transaction if it is settled or not. No notification either of the transaction settled or not.
Bad experience
This is one of the most annoying app, please dont use, support doesn’t even know how to speak english😅
Fraud Alert Card data theft
Beware this card is asking to upload your credit card photo. Don't install this app. This is SCAM. It's not RBI approved app.
Useless app
I think this is the most useless payment app ever. After installing it took me 2 days to be able to add my cards. Now for another 2 days I have been trying to make payments. Both the time my due date crossed and eventually I had to use Cred to make the payment. The app was renamed to Rally but still same payment issues. There are a 100 bugs. It doesn’t even show the outstanding amount correctly. I think they only have UX designers no testers.
Pathetic Customer service
There is call option but while calling no one is speaking how frustrating my amount is in pending from 27 may till now nothing happen as well even they have removed that transaction history literally

Now they are CHARGING more than mobiwk 2.53+ 18GST
