Restrictions on withdrawal
Based on new rules, we are not able to withdraw the amount based on which card is issued without paying the 500 fees. The min year increased to 2 yrs restricting us to not withdraw in order to save that Rs 500 fees and they are just earning based on our deposited amount with them.

Please be extremely careful with this app. I made a payment of ₹2,000 for a Fixed Deposit through the app, but after taking the payment, I was unable to proceed with the application. There is no proper customer support. The provided phone number is not being answered, and my emails have not received a proper response. I was told that the refund would be processed after 7 days, which has made me very concerned about the entire process. I also noticed that the app has reviews that appear suspicious or potentially fake, which further raises concerns about the credibility of the application. I request Apple to investigate this app and verify its legitimacy. If it is found to be fraudulent or misleading users, please take appropriate action and consider removing it from the App Store to protect other users from potential financial loss. Please investigate this app before more users make payments and face similar problems.

Me and my husband said particular amount for credit card due to some reason the application was not processed for both of us because of there stupidity and its been more then 15 days we are waiting for our money it is still shows will get credited and guess what today i got an e mail stating i will get refund amount INR 0

Worst customer support ever not at all understanding my issue and not at all resolving.
I made a payment for fd .. don’t know why, it got stucked and my money not at all reflecting in the account and in the app . Worst app ever … not showing anything regarding the transaction. No one is responding to my query. No customer care number at all .. what is the point of having a customer care number when it is asking to write mail?

Avoid Getting Fd based card from them
Initially i thought it was better than the supermoney fd card or one card fd card but its way worse i didnt get any cool offers and also when i tried closing my card the balance should have been adjusted against my fd just like any other normal card but no if you try closing your card within 1 year of creating an account you have to pay Rs 588 what the actual hell!! No other fd credit card is this bad so avoid it it has useless policies.

The delay and lack of proper communication have caused unnecessary inconvenience. I request you to urgently review my complaint and provide me with a clear and satisfactory resolution. Please also explain the reason for the delay and ensure that this issue is not repeated in the future.

Customer service is worst.my money was debited from my bank account and it is not showing in their app. When I contacted customer support they said saying wait for some more time.20days gone still not resolved. Very disappointed with this app
