Don’t go to this app for the loan. Fraud ! High interest rate with minimal service and support. No minimal. Sorry, No service at all ! Grievance Manager Mr. Romel is also not supportive ! They will work basis on the TAT, more that the TAT. Useless team ! My recommendation is NO NO No !

This is the worst Fainance’s company i have ever seen in my life i have applied for the loan on 1st of oct and the loan was sanctioned and the made e-nach also for loan auto debate from the account disappointing is till the date of today they have not disbursed any amount to the account In the app that showing in my documents is in review of my 3 months of salary of bank statement wort Fainance company i had ever seen and they are not responding to the calls and mails the costumer’s services is also worst this are fraud RBI should take serious action to this Fainance company

My loan amount not disbursed and it’s almost more than 10 days the customer team only fool people they said amount disbursed in the evening but no amount were transferred and next day they answered same but no solution provided very worst app that i had use ever don’t download it

Pathetic customer care service
It has been 5 days since I have been waiting for a response from the concerned team, but I have still not received any update. For the last 5 days, the application status has remained “Under Review.” Every time I contact customer care, I am given the same response that it will be updated by the end of the day. Unfortunately, the same assurance has been repeated for the past 5 days without any resolution. The grievance contact number is also of no use, as no one responds to the calls or provides any assistance.
