Pixel play credit card
One of the waste banking app and worst response team, I just got the pixel play hdfc credit card and this card is only managed by the payzapp app but the cards option are not even loading after getting the card im unable to use it set a pin the app is not directing me to the customisation option I highly recommend people not to go with this app, there is no customer support to this credit card related issue i raised a ticket they just delaying the time and to reply to me they ignore my msg its been so many days now i lost hope from the app and HDFC BANK Never gonna be a customer to the bank.

Why the hell you need to do an SMS verification every time I login. HDFC bank lags in each & every digitisation phase!
Small technical glitch for the last two weeks
Every time I try to see my credit card info (pixel) it says sorry can’t open page. This is very inconvenient as it is essential for me to operate the card. Fix it asap

Needs nicknames
App is good but there should be an option to add a nickname to the biller as i pay multiple electricity bills. It would be easier to identify.

Can’t add biller in BPCL gas . The error is show in app (biller processing error)
Sucks on wifi
Although this app is good but sucks on Wi-Fi we need cellular data to operate and if you do not have data in your sim you probably can’t use this app for checking up on credit card bill payments any many more things require cellular data only in this app.

Pathetic and full of bugs
One of the worst apps of the entire world. App developer might be intern who’s code is so pathetic that it doesn’t even login. So much bugs that i cant even see my statement
The App is great but has few flaws
I’ve been actively using this app for quite some time now, and it’s great because I get all the necessary features within the app related to UPI without the multiple forms of ad you get on the other apps. But there are few flaws, and i’d like to point it out for the devs. And hope this things can be resolved through an update. 1. The app struggles with payments in low speed internet condition. 2. The scanner has trouble scanning QR code under Tubelights in bazar. Possibly due to shutter speed issue. 3. The PZ wallet is great, but the auto top-up doesn’t add upto the exact amount I configured, it just top ups that exact amount. (if configuration is ₹10, and my wallet balance is ₹2 - then the amount topped up should be ₹8. Not ₹10 again)
Unfair system while scanning QR code
Most of the time I scan any QR code for the payment an add pops up. This looks so weird, cheap and doesn’t suits HDFC at all.

HDFC customer care and apps are very frustrating and user unfriendly. I downloaded this app to get my RUPAY credit card details. But App is continuously prompting for lock screen password and not even letting me set an app password.
