I really like services and features of the app Everything at fingertips like disbursement, conversion, statements After taking loan from HDFC, i just visited once just to sign documents physically, after that everything online
Part payment issues
In AI world hdfc is still lacking to provide part payment online which is shame. I am happy to contribute for free if hdfc allow me to get that functionality. Requesting the link for part payment is worst idea ever
Not able to login
After app update I have tried multiple time but not able to login after I use loan account number and dob and after that otp submit nothing comes up after that its on same screen of entering otp without any error
Not opening after OTP screen
Recently the app is not opening after providing the OTP to log in. Please fix this ASAP. Other than that the app is very easy and convenient to use and check the loan details, disbursement request etc.
Great App
Work very well, simple to login with user name and password. Very easy to check the detail. Best part is you can simply check the interest. Easy to raise query
Dumbest app
not enough details on the app. like where is my upcoming payment schedule? I Can write more issues but no point because I know you don’t care. app is very stupid. where do I begin to explain? for example i tried giving feedback on app. The window is not even visible while writing feedback. it's hidden. I can't use question mark there. can't even see what I am typing. no option to scroll up. do you even do UAT? I can not even use pull stop few times there but it allows few times and in next line it won't accept. Tuglak designed this app or what. dumbest app. Finally after drafting feedback on the app, it won’t allow me to submit at all. May be because I am giving it one star there. Stupidity has a limit. So you won’t accept any feedback less than 5 star or what?? NOW I KNOW YOU WILL SIMPLY WONT CARE BUT WILL ASK ME HUNDRED QUESTIONS INSTEAD OF INTROSPECTING. SO NO, LET NE TELL YOU THAT YOU DONT DESERVE MY TIME ANYMORE. SO INSTEAD OF CHASING CUSTOMERS WITH QUESTIONS AFTER THEIR FEEDBACK, START USING YOUR APP YOURSELF FOR A CHANGE. INSANE.
Great company. Worst sw to manage loans
Applying for loans and getting the loan was easier faster and fanstastic support. Website to manage loan was absolutely garbage. There is no way to find out how much loan is left . Dumb app. HDFC lost me as a customer.
Usable until recently till critical features removed
Barely usable and useful till last release. It was a good start. Now, with latest release, value has diminished a bit as key features have been removed. Can we please have balance loan amount feature back. Also this app will create a lot of value for me if data is refreshed monthly / quarterly for key data points and metrics instead of annually. Missing Transparency in EMI & Part Payment Updates
I am currently using this app to manage my home loan, and while it shows the EMI breakdown (principal, interest, and remaining balance) for each cycle, there are some important gaps. I can see how much EMI is deducted and the remaining loan amount, which is helpful. However, the app does not properly reflect part payments. Whenever I make a part payment, the updated total outstanding amount is not accurately shown or updated in a timely manner. It would be very useful if the app could: * Clearly show updated loan balance immediately after part payment * Provide revised EMI schedule or tenure after part payment * Give a detailed breakdown of how interest changes after prepayment This feature is essential for users who actively manage their loans and make prepayments. Hoping the team improves this for better transparency and user experience.
Such a deceiving app HDFC bank has developed!
Whoever took the app design decision are so cunning! Our fate is RBI allows such frauds so all HNI leaving India! You guys don’t show how much remaining balance and no option to pay part payment in app, I need to visit bank for that which era are you guys in? Rbi allows such nuisance, you have no shaming in cheating customers like this!
Unusable app
I don’t know why this app was created at first place when the user couldn’t even login to view their home loan details.
