Bad service
When you have to buy policy they keep calling back to back and while cancellation they keep on hold, no mails, no updates
24hrs to approve a day care claim process
I have been waiting for a preauth approval for my day care claim but it seems I need to extend the hospitalization for one more day to get the approval. tried customer care toll free but it was telling there are no policies associated to my registered mobile number. Is this a premium experience hdfc offers?
Bug Report
The app UI is clean, but there are some bugs first of all the most frustrated one is there is no option to remove a duplicated policy for example when I purchase insurance for my car I manually added the policy into the app but after few minutes one more automatically added that is fine but now both are showing and I am not able to remove anyone which looks frustrated and irrelevant as well. Second thing is the app response is very slow, many times when I try to navigate it respond very slowly which frustrates me again. I hope it will help to make these necessary improvements into the app.

THIS APP LOOKS LIKE A SCAM , EVEN AFTER CLICKING 10 TIMES ON HEALTH INSURANCE IT KEEPS GLITCHING AGAIN AND AGAIN AND JUST KEEPS LOADING. Whenever i click proceed to buy it automatically show a white screen

Worst app
Worst Application it is, when you go to other expenses, enter mob no and Otp, the pages crashes Every-time and it again send us back to enter mob.no & otp page, A person does hard work and pays insurance money and in return, he gets such ridiculous pathetic service 😖

Nothing works in the app
Renewal - payment deducted but no update post transaction
Payment methods need to be worked out. one of my policy which was due for renewal, I followed the renewal process and made the payment which was successfully done but post payment i didn’t get any update neither on the policy or transaction! otherwise the interface is good and user friendly but a hassle after payment is not at all customer friendly.
Worst Support & Bug
Extremely poor experience with the ERGO app and customer support. My policy expires today, but the app shows it as active while not allowing me to renew it. Even the official ERGO representative couldn’t help. I’ve emailed them as well, but no one has contacted me. I’ve wasted so much time because of this basic issue. Very disappointing and unacceptable.

Using this app is a pain.. the developers team needs some serious training.

Apart from pestering you to sell a new policy it’s almost impossible to reach customer service on calls nor do they respond to clients with a claim.
Login issue
The app was working fine, but all of a sudden it is asking for login details and post OTP verification it is not logging in. Fix the issue
Claim not passed
I have raised first claim in 4 year for my car. They just approved partial amount. Called there surveyor and customer care regarding the same multiple time but no one helped. It is very frustrating.
