Not a good insurance company
I strongly recommend thinking twice before choosing Axis Max Life. The customer service is extremely poor, and getting a genuine issue resolved feels unnecessarily difficult. Even after repeatedly raising a concern and following up, there was no proper resolution and I was simply redirected elsewhere. Very disappointing experience overall. If customer support and hassle-free service matter to you, I would not recommend this company.
