Yesterday received another updated version but since biometrics login issues not fixed. This is the 4th update for same issue continuing.

Biometric login not working anymore
Why you guys cant even manage a single app. After recent update I can't even login into my app through biometric login even if its enabled within the app. Every time I have to use mobile number and OTP to login. Also what changes you have made, I now cant even update my profile inside the app. Just premium payment is working because its important for you. You have no care for user interface or experience.

Biometric login not working
Previously biometric login was working fine but in last 2 months it stops working, when I am trying to activate, it’s throwing error “Something went wrong”. Fix it guys, ask your testers to test it properly.
Why I Keep Using This App
Had to check my fund value during a pretty busy day. Instead of waiting for someone to get back to me, I just opened the app and checked it myself.

I had to update my email ID after changing it recently. Thought I'd need to call support, but it was done from the app without making it a big process.
App not working properly and not showing accurate data
The worst ever application i used in my life. Not even single details showing updated content. Unable to pay premium through the app. No use of paying using the app also.
Things I Noticed
I wanted to see my payment history because I wasn't sure if one of my premiums had already gone through. The transaction list cleared it up instantly.

Lot of problem with app… enabled biometrics but not working, try to update profile or bank details not working, everywhere getting failure action sheet where you are trying to update.. just basic things are working where view part is..

Worst application and Poor Ui, app stuck without any reason, for no reason sometimes their website stuck on profile page. I am regretting investing in bajaj mutual funds.

Poor Customer Service
Beware of poor customer service. Non reliable company. During policy surrender, poor customer service experienced with very slow service. Beware before investing with this company especially if you are NRI. Above review I am writing with my personal bitter experience since I have bought 3 insurance policies from this company.
