I bought a new policy for a 2 wheeler and made the payment, the policy is not showing up on the app. Customer care is extremely difficult to reach. Do your insurance from other platforms, they are better than PB and less hassle!

Dear Developer, The app is currently not working properly, especially during the payment process. While making payments, the app often fails to update the payment status, even though the amount is deducted from the account. This issue occurs mostly with UPI payments, where the status remains pending or is not shown at all. Additionally, the app sometimes doesn’t display any payment confirmation, and the payment link either doesn’t work or takes too long to respond. These issues make the app unreliable for transactions and cause a lot of confusion and inconvenience. The app urgently requires an update and several technical fixes to ensure smoother and more transparent payment processing. Thanks

They won’t see interest in addressing issues with solutions.They act like broker agents .once you buy Policy or invest they won’t respond your queries I have been unfortunately taken 2 term plan 1 health plan and 1 investment with this worst broker company.They will keep untrained Relationship managers. I would request every one don’t believe their words .company itself only training the people in unprofessional way to tell their clients false and fake communication.Don’t go into their trap. I have been faced worst experience with this. I would request every one don’t install their app.If you don’t believe my words you will surely face the problems when time comes.

Total bait-and-switch scam on policy terms Avoid this company at all costs! They practice classic bait-and-switch tactics. During the telephonic sales pitch, the agents will promise you specific terms and coverage just to close the deal. But the moment you actually need to use or claim the policy, everything changes. Suddenly, the terms they promised on the call don't apply. They are completely untrustworthy and dishonest with their customers. Zero transparency!

Pathetic after sales service
This company is making customers go from pillar to post for a claim. Even after repair of vehicle and sharing of photos a month ago, the payment has not been cleared. Had i directly dealt with insurance co by now I would have been got the refund of claim. Your people are unaware of the situation and keep parroting the same lines , I don’t know, no update from insurer etc.

Overall a good app but gaps with other companies
I had bought Bajaj Allianz child suraksha plan through Policy bazar but it took more that 1month to get the documents. There were many gaps and seemed that Policy bazar and Bakar Allianz did not know the right update. The policy bazar representative was saying policy has no issues but Baja Allianz sent a mail that the policy was cancelled due to verification even though all documents were given as required.

Update personal details ticket open
I have updated my all personal details a while ago but it still shows ticket is reopened and update personal details. I have nothing to update from my side. Policy doesn’t shows on my policy section. As I have 3 policy total but only shows 2 previous one. New one doesn’t show on the policybazaar even after 12 days of issuing the policy.

Very third class service with poor customer support
Extremely disappointed with Policybazaar. It feels like their priority is to achieve sales targets rather than properly guide customers in choosing the right policy. However, when it comes to making a claim, the customer is left running from pillar to post. I have been following up repeatedly regarding my claim, but the support has been extremely poor and there has been no proper guidance or satisfactory resolution. What is even more disappointing is that one of their representatives behaved improperly with me. Despite raising the issue through email, I have not received any proper response. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend customers to carefully evaluate the level of after-sales and claim support before purchasing a policy through Policybazaar.
