Issue with app
Keep getting error message that I have logged in another device. When click to proceed it is asking me to enter the OTP but no OTP is received. Working fine when logged in thru browser. Please fix.

Overall this app meets its purpose, adding support for biometrics login would be very convenient.

Improvements needed
Although i like the convenience of mobile application, it is frustrating to see the app is slow and takes a lot of time to load properly. UI is worst on the website, and it could be improved for user friendliness. I have a ton of issues to report if anyone is responsible enough to take feedback.

Be careful scam app .. looting lot on gst on pension. I am not able to take money out of account. It’s making account inactive most of time to doom you savings.

Poor user experience on iPhone 12 Pro Max
I think developers of this app are sleeping. They are not even testing the app before releasing for public. The user experience on iPhone 12 Pro Max is terrible.

Unable to login
On first login it said season timed out. On the subsequent login attempts it says you are already logged in but doesn’t allow to do anything.

Good mobile experience with useful pension management features.
There is an issue with new version.
While doing the contribution, it says “please select a payment gateway”. And the funny part is it doesn’t provide any options. I never had to select a payment gateway for the last 6 months.
