Frequent Ads within the daily puzzle
I will delete now. Got about 10 ads while IN the daily puzzle. This used to be fun and relaxing but I can’t handle so many pop up ads even if they are 5-10 seconds long. Goodbye. :-(
Locks in ads
I live this game as it helps my brain. But lately it locks you in the advertised games with no X or way to close the ad. You have to close the app and restart.
Fun to play
Good for passing time, downside is it forces you some times to use coins to “jumble” letters up because it leaves you with no words to select from. I thought I was going crazy like missing words. No, it turns out it doesn’t always auto jumble letters for you like it’s supposed to, but instead forces you to use coins. And of course you can purchase coins if you need them, or you stay stuck…
Can’t close out of ads
This is annoying- the game is great but I can’t X out of ads. You have to do a hard close of the app and restart

I love this game! My pet peeve is when playing & we trying to the crown for the season: SOMEONE GOES FOR THE THE CROWN THAT ALREADY HAS IT!!! 😡 My question for those that play, & do this please, oh please, tell me why? 🤗

You can’t even get coins for watching ads anymore. The game buffers and does nothing.

Ugly is their favorite word
I used to play this daily, doing the daily game. Gave up. At least weekly they use some version of the word ugly: uglier. Ugliest. That is negative reinforcement. You seriously can’t use other words that start with “U”? I’m done. I give up. Not playing it anymore. Played for almost 4 months.
Used to love this but…
Used to love this game and played it every day but they just doubled the number of ads in between each game. There are thousands of other games to choose from - pick one other than this one.

Cheating on this app
I’ve played this game for years and have enjoyed the competition! Until recently. Very recently a person was “deposited” as the winner in an event. I played until the very end, showing a score well over 2000 points ahead. However, when I next got on the app, I found I was in 2nd place. Another time a player had a crown before there was even a competition…like on the very first play! Someone cheats here. I’m forever done. You’re dishonest!
Added ads
Love this game but now has added interruptive ads. Not sure I’ll keep it.
No daily puzzle
I downloaded this app in hopes to play the daily puzzle with my in-laws but my mother-in-law and me cannot access the daily puzzle on our Apple devices. There isn’t even an option on the Home Screen like there is supposed to be. My MIL has it available on her Kindle and my FIL is able to access the daily puzzle on his IPhone so we have no clue what the problem is.

Fun game— very relaxing. But the religious ads are too weird for me.

Stop the bouncing ball
The stupid bouncing ball is so unnecessary and so distracting. This used to be a favorite game until someone thought that bouncing ball was a good idea.

While I like the game, that stupid bee that swings across is very distracting!
Glitches
The game itself is good but it freezes too often and sometimes the ads never let you get back to the game.
Increase in ads and American English
I have been playing this for years and enjoyed it. Be aware that it is American not British English so many words are spelt differently if you’re used to English UK. I’m sad to see an increased amount of advertising in the app recently - they are very long, must-wach ones too. This is getting to a level that’s putting me off playing now, which is such a shame as I have reached level 1500+.

EX user-bad bots
Been a player for years but recently I could not reach higher levels. After much research I’ve learned of their use of algorithms and bots that are programmed to beat you. I had a bot gain 1800 points to pass me in just a few minutes. That started my research and decision to delete the app after years of game play.
Love
Wonderful interface, good puzzle themes, challenging but fun, sometimes a bit harder than not. Pretty one note in difficulty but still lovely.
Bug at Level 1326 (French Version)
Letters started to appear one on top of each other. Then certain letters/words could no longer be chosen. Tried reopening the app. Not useful. Would not delete the app to avoid losing all my points and level reached. May have to delete the app altogether.
Fun but glitchy
This game is really fun and i like the crowns and tournaments but it glitches…progress is lost sometimes and crowns have been disappearing. Very dissatisfied

This is a fun game that can occasionally stretch your vocabulary but not so difficult as to make you quit.
Can’t find instructions
I haven’t played in so long I forgot how and believe it or not, you can’t find the instructions for a refresh and their support doesn’t even alert to the word “instructions”
It’s okay, but…
I would appreciate not having a small , bouncing circle telling me about the Wordscape solitaire. Especially as it blocks the time of events going on that I’m actually playing. Why right there? Why is it needed at all? If I wanted to download it, I’m sure I can find it in the App Store. And might I add, I purchased no ads which should include your own ads.
Ok to level 52
Very annoying game. At about level 51 I have to watch too many adds to be able to shuffle letters. Hard to enjoy

You need to fix the ads that you run!! I have to restart my phone in order to get rid of the ads! I’m sick and tired of either restarting or turning the off and on my phone! Also once it’s fixed a couple of ads will be ok and then it freezes up again! IF YOU CANNOT FIX THESE ADS I WILL HAVE YO DELETE THE APP

Dr. Pop Up Ads
I love playing this game daily! It appears over the last couple of weeks while playing random doctor pop ads interrupt my game play. This is occurring during the daily puzzle complete. This is frustrating and has made this app now less enjoyable! I ran the update it hopes that it would resolve the issue, but no luck there…
Better theme pics
Another update. It is clear the new favorite word is ZYDECO. Please stop using it. Update. I liked the plain green theme background. Now I have cats with moving yarn balls. It’s annoying. Other than that, this is a fun way to spend a few minutes here and there. I do enjoy this game and play it every day. But if I have to complete 200 games to get a new background picture, I would appreciate better pictures. Watching a tusked hog sleep in a cave is just annoying. 😆
Not enough options to earn decent amount of points
The game is fun but the amount of coins required to get hints etc is extortionate in proportion to the amount of work and effort put in. Likewise you don’t get very many points for each completed round. Should also be able to earn points on bonus words. Lastly why should we spend coins on allowing us to complete previous daily tasks, that’s a poor incentive to continue playing the game.
Good until recent IOS update
Love this app but since the last iPhone update, it will randomly pause my music when I’m playing this app. It doesn’t happen with any other games I play, only this one. I don’t have any ads. It happens mid-gameplay constantly.

The words cannot be found without shuffling the letters, which costs $ or ads you have to watch. They claim wrongly that it can be solved without that.
Love this game
Just got a puzzle to find words with a "Long U" sound. Some of the words were "due" "two", "brew", "crew", "knew", "shrew", "loop", "route", "wound", "frugal". Not even close folks. These words DO NOT have a long "U" sound at all. The words that were included that are correct were "cute", "music", "unique". The difference is obvious.
Pay to progress!
I paid straight away to remove ads. My choice. But when earning coins takes so long and nearly every level requires shuffling to find the words? I’m out. Seriously, why make unsolvable puzzles? The cost to remove ads was significant. I won’t be paying more! Too bad. The game had potential.
Add problem
Enjoy the game but an Add has come up (candy crush) which will not clear and blanks my iPad screen, this had happened several times, I have to delete game and reload, very frustrating. Has also happened to my partner.
Fun and free
What I like about this game is I do not have to spend money when I’m stuck. Yes you have to watch videos to keep going but no money spent.
No daily challenge
I know this app is to have a daily challenge. Mine doesn’t. I have reached out to support. I get told to do all the things I have already done. Then it’s crickets. I am really disappointed.
New Bug
Something has happened in the past two weeks. When you win a crown, it bounces down to your avatar’s head and then disappears. Are y’all planning to fix this?
Good but......
This is a good game to fill a few minutes and I guess keep your brain working. However, it keeps freezing on iPad and have to quit the game and restart it every time - not good!
Ad interference
It’s a very entertaining word game. However the Candy Crush ads ruin the game. The puzzle stops and the ad doesn’t disappear. This is very frustrating 😪

Weekly challenges are rigged. Was in third place with 1300. Two ahead of me had 2300 & 2800. Suddenly I’m dropped to fourth place and the new first place score is 4300 and the two who were first and second are now second and third. How does anyone skip from over three players to first place with double what the previous first place score was? How??? Right. Rigged!!

Love this game, I play every morning but please stop randomly inserting ads into the game play. It will be enough to cause me to delete the game, ads are getting overwhelming everywhere and they steal the enjoyment from the game
