Tournament with bots?
Been playing this game for a long time. Like the tournaments. However, I was in first place with a lead of over 400. I go back in 20 min after the game is over to collect my winning points and I was in second place. There is NO WAY anyone can score over 400 points in 30 minutes. WTH?? my daughter always tells me I am playing against bots and now I believe her.

Acceptable and unacceptable words
I live in the United States and only speak English. First: I was denied the privilege of learning a second language in grade school because it wasn’t required back when I was in school. Second: I have had to look up several words used in your puzzles only to find out they are not English, but of another language. How am I supposed to know these words to solve those particular puzzles? Third: Way too many English words are excluded from your list of acceptable words. They might not be used in the puzzle I a working on, but I can get credit for extra words and with enough, bonus hints. Thank you. I will reevaluate this app at a later date and adjust the star rating accordingly.
Tournament Scores
New update: I’ve played this game for a couple years. I play the tournament every weekend, but there are some major problems. First, I can’t see the scoreboard 90% of the time. It just spins around and says I’m in 12th. Don’t tell me it’s the WiFi connection because mine is fine. Second, I’ve gotten so many levels where my score is single-digits or low double-digits. I remember when every level was at least 20-25. It takes the fun out of the game. Third, I think there are bots who play. Every time Mike A plays, he wins, but when you look at his profile, it always says zero wins. I don’t think Mike A is a real person. If these issues persist, I’m going to be forced to stop playing and delete the app, which disappoints me since I’ve enjoying playing. Update: The scoreboard has been inaccessible for the past six hours. Absolutely unacceptable! Please do something to correct whatever is wrong with the tournament scoreboard. All I’ve gotten for the last several hours is a spinning circle. It takes the fun out of the game.
Fix the bugs!
Score shows 12th but won’t let you see yourself and competitors. It just spins. As others have said, the game was much better sometime back, but has progressively been getting less and less and less less challenging
Can’t make purchases
I loaded $on my iTunes account, which I have been using to purchase hints since downloading the game, but now I only get an error message. Don’t want to delete game and lose all my stats.

I love the game. However, two weeks ago it shut me out. Said I have completed all the levels, more to come. When are more coming ? It’s been two weeks. I’ve already missed two tournaments !! Frustrating !
Content of ads
I’m very disappointed that you have allowed ads from games that make abuse of any creature seem normal or ok!! And especially disappointed with those that have mistreatment of humans or show them in terrible situations that can’t be remedied. I’m talking about Solitaire Ocean, Solitaire 3D Fish, Solitaire Story & even the Royal Match game & spin offs. I’m truly over these ads & having to look away from them. I have my sound turned off on the game too, but several ads do not respect that, including some of these. Remember that one person writing about this is representative of how thousands of people feel. I want to see these kinds of ads removed & my sound preference being honored!! I have played your game for quite a few years now & really enjoy it, except for the choice of ads & sound issues. But if these things are not addressed appropriately, I may have to quit using your app, though I would miss it.
Beware
This game is fun, and I have loved playing the daily game for quite awhile. However: they have broken it completely with extended (more than two minutes each) ads before you can even start. And for the last two days, there is no way out of the ad - no x or end ever appears, just a black screen- even after 4 minutes! (The longest I am willing to wait!) so I am done and will find a working game. Sad.

Hi I luv tis game! But the amazing things are that there is something called a daily challenge and that’s we’re u get to play it everyday and there is bunch of LEVELS!!!!! And the more and more levels u play it gets harder for an example if ur on level 1 it’s pretty easy but if ur on level like level 1,000 it’s hard! But it’s a great game tyyyy for the game!

Nice game but
There is a scam ad running supposedly for LL bean. Don’t buy from the 90% off or the “everything for $6 sale.” They are an overseas scam group. You will not get anything but a headache!!
Better love ads, more ads time than play
I finally had to give up on this game. I like the game play. Each level takes about 20 seconds with some up to a minute. So after 20 seconds of game play you have 30-60 seconds of ads. To make it even worse, it is the same ad over and over. Yes I know I could subscribe to get rid of ads. I play other games with ads and I can clearly say no one else wastes 60% of your time on ads. Just knowing their thought process is so skewed prevents me from subscribing. One good work around is to turn off WiFi it stops most of the ads.
Big glitches
I used to really love this game and I still do if it would work. The big problem is on the weekend when they have the tournament, you can’t see your status—half the time you’re stuck in 12th place no matter how long you play. Sometimes you can see what place you’re actually in and you tap on it but it just spins and spins and spins. It takes away the fun if you can’t see your stats. Yes, I have restarted my device. Yes, I have deleted the game and reloaded it. Nothing fixes this bug. I cannot find a way to contact the developer about this 😡
Where’s the complete?
Wish I could see completed puzzle after solving it. It just vanishes and no way of retrieving it. Love the game play.

This word game used to be great. Now ads and fake updates for other apps have made it all but unplayable. So many other great word games to get. Avoid this one.

Great concept. Worst word curation of any game I’ve played. Totally unfair and very stressful.
This game is clearly not curated by English speakers. Words are accepted on a purely and infuriating arbitrary way. Literally tens of hundreds of perfectly legitimate English words are not accepted or recognized. If you like anger and stress this is a good game for you!

Unusual Tournaments
I absolutely love this app. I am completely addicted to it. What I’m having a hard time understanding is when you are in a tournament, some of the players are able to go from 0 to 400 within like 5 minutes! I do not understand how this is possible?? It almost sounds like an AI is playing this!! I don’t get it!! I really wish that you would separate and make two different tournaments! There are some people who spend their entire lives on this app and DONT belong with people who are just enjoying it! These “People “ monopolize “ the tournaments and don’t give others a chance to win!! This really irritates me!! While these “People “ have nothing better to do than to stay up all night trying to beat others for one lousy point!! It really ruins the game for me!! Other people have a freaking right to win too. Get a freaking LIFE!!!

Too many ads and they are extremely long. You don’t have the option to click out if, it makes you watch them over and over and over! Also the ads are not truthful ads. They are lying about losing weight using AI to fake you out thinking it’s Dr Iz, Kelly Clarkson and the people from Shark Tank! That should be illegal to advertise false ads!
Long Long Long Ads
Love the game once you figure out how to play with the stars. The ads are getting ridiculous. They last 60 (+) seconds. You have to X out 3 different screens of their ad. Getting super annoying. Been playing a few years but ads are out of control.
A fantastic game to play !
I started playing word calm a year ago and I really glad I did ! At the age I am at, I am starting to learn harder words like extraordinary, this game helps to build up my vocabulary and get to the harder words. It really is a peaceful game, it doesn’t need internet to play. There are ads but the ads are worth it. I already got 3 games from the ads. And they help you get extra coins for free ! I hope that everyone who plays this game or will play, have as much fun as I am on this fantastic game that I am !
Rigged
I have been playing this game for years and enjoy the competition of the tournaments. Recently, in the Star tournament you can be ahead by over 300 to 400 hundred points. In a flash, literally minutes, a person not even listed goes ahead of you. No one is that fast at completing puzzles. I’m wondering if the names listed are bogus.
My report
This is really a great game except two things. Sometimes I see a word that doesn’t sound right. So I look it up on Google and it says it’s not a word. Also it doesn’t always have all the words that ARE in there. So I go to the Bonus Word section and click on the bar that says “report missing words” and type in the word. Then I try that same word but it doesn’t do anything. Everything else is just fine but those two things. Hope this will help you all with the game! Why do you take the crowns away when the new season starts. I lost 2 crowns. I maxed out the crown scale and then you took them away.

Disappointed
The last two updates adding levels hasn’t added the levels at all. I can’t even email them because the email button doesn’t even work. I have the current version. The submit button doesn’t even work!!!!
Too big
Game layout is showing too big on my new phone so that the bottom part of word circle is covered by ad strip on bottom. Using rotate key helps to view hidden letters. Also cannot see everything at the top of page. Your settings do not allow me to change size of game. Positives…I love the daily challenge puzzle the best
Need better orientation
This is a great game but the orientation on my iPad Air needs to be rotated 180 degrees. I’ve gone through 3 charging cables. Otherwise I would give this game a five star.
Relaxing brain game way too many ads
I enjoy doing the word puzzles but when there’s a 2-3 minute ad after almost every round and it’s always the same ads it gets boring and old and and turns me off from playing. I’m tired of constant marketing. Even if it were every few rounds be so much better.

I have been playing this game for several years. For the most part I enjoy it except when the background is changed to a particular one that has sections so dark I cannot see the open tiles even when I have the brightness on my phone as bright as possible. It’s very frustrating.
