Loved playing this game, however after making a purchase on this game, it was never credited. I have contacted several times with no reply. Be careful here. Guess is will have to stop playing.

Terrible you can’t play a round or two b4 an ad pops ups deleting the app so I can do some other games without having ads every round!

I enjoy playing. The only thing that could use improving is the monthly puzzle I finish the monthly puzzle about 11 to 12 days before the month is over.

After playing for awhile, the puzzle is repetitive. Sometimes the same puzzle appears 3 times in a row.

This was less than I expected. I searched for ZEN WORD like I had on my old phone. This is not the same. I don’t like the ads all the time and I don’t get all the symbols. I just want to play a word game to relax. The interruptions are annoying.
Word Zen
Good challenging game but ads waaaaay too frequent. After completing a challenge, there should be some sort of reward, like maybe a hint. But instead you get an ad.
Beautiful background
This game is so much fun and the beautiful background pictures are amazing. Always read the little poems, such a nice touch. I can tell a lot of effort went into developing this site.

I love that game, but there is a bug: every day, I have to close and restart the game because the daily puzzle doesn’t appear. It’s been like that for weeks.
Used to be great
Used to be a great game but now the chances to earn points has been decreased to where you have to purchase points to keep playing. I had several other complaints but it all comes down to - it used to be fun, now it’s deleted.

Every time I get to the level for the treasure box the game gets stuck & when it finally decides to unstick it’s self the reward has gone missing!

Daily game doesn’t work since the latest update. I get a screen that says I have 47 more levels. It won’t let me play. Very disappointing.

I’ve been playing this game for several years. I’m on level 5653. I have 3600 something coins, with many many spins available. BUTHere’s the problem. I upgraded my phone from an iPhone X to an iPhone 12s. Since that time I haven’t been ableTo play this game at all. I updated it, I sent the developer two or three messages with my email and got no response. I am sad but I’m gonna have to delete this game. If they can’t take care of the game then they shouldn’t have it on the market. Very frustrating!!

Not working
This app has not worked for months! The letters will not go in the boxes. I just did the update for this week and there’s no boxes at all! I have sent emails to you through your app multiple times with no replies. Please respond or fix the app.
Bad update
I have enjoyed this game so much. It’s been my go to game for over a year when I am bored. Since this last update it crashes frequently and I have to turn my phone off and back on to get game’s background music to quit playing. I gladly accept ads to keep the game free, but they are slow to load now, if they load at all.

Have played word cross for probably 2 years and loved it but now after doing the daily challenge it won’t open new screens. Says they are on the way. It’s been several weeks.

I’ve been playing for about a year and this game over all is pretty fun. I do like the updates on holidays and stuff. But my only concern is I would like it to get a little harder. I’m on level 426 and I can get each puzzle done in 10-15 minutes. So please make this game a little harder. Over all, this is a pretty good puzzle game. You should really try it. 😀
A thinking game
Enjoying on my phone while waiting for the ferry or the dentist etc. However find I’m going to other times as well. A little too addictive.
Misspelling and constant repeating
I have already reviewed as to the constant misspelled words but failed to mention that there is constantly repeating games. I have been in a loop of about the same 20/25 rounds all the same. I thought I might work through them as this has happened before, but no.

This game is great. I have played it for some time now. I have been trying to collect all the coins within the wisdom section 3046977 / 758100. This had been a very daunting task. Is there any way to get all the coins at once. I have lost count as to how many days it has taken me to get the ones i currently have. I have not played as much as I would like bc there are so many coins to collect and I just can’t get them. please help!!

The last several months the game has operated poorly. There are many glitches, the letters pile on top of one another and the game continuously freezes. I really enjoy the game, but I have to stopped playing for a few days in order for the game to work correctly.
