Fun but
Facebook log in doesn’t want to work anymore, that can easily be fixed. All in all a very fun game to play, and it passes the time. I’m glad I don’t have the ads no more! They were so annoying especially all the political ads all in all it was a Satisfied purchase download thins game now and play it before bed. It’ll help you sleep better.

Keeps Freezing
App keeps freezing after every round when playing the tile puzzles! Please fix. Also would be great if the hints you earn when you win/solve a round applied to the actual game you’re playing. I already have plenty of hints for the nor Al word game. When I’m playing the tile game I want hints that help when I get stuck in the tile game!
Ads are annoying!!!
I enjoy your game, but there are way too many ads and they’re so annoying. It’s unbelievable, on some of them I can’t turn off the volume, however, I guarantee you your vendor is not getting their moneys worth from me! I usually quit the game while the Royal Match add stays and stays. It’s absolutely the worst! 2026 update: With the last update, pop up adds are way too frequent while the game is open and I’m actively playing. They’re ruining the game. I spend more time closing ads than I do playing. I usually play daily, but I’m considering deleting the app. Very disappointing.

Great game. Played it for several years. But getting frustrated with the new small advertising banner along the bottom. It keeps popping open during the game. To sensitive to the heat from the back of my fingers passing over it.

Constant freezing
Why does my screen constantly freezes? I have to reboot my phone to get back to playing. This is getting annoying. I am getting frustrated and I don’t know what to do. The Vita Mahjong ad comes on and won’t go away. What is happening?

I’ve been playing this game for a few years and I’ve always enjoyed it. Recently there have been additional ads that interrupt the game you are playing. This is quite annoying and it’s got to the point where I’m no longer interested in the game.

It’s a good game that challenges your mind but there’s too many ads after each game it’s makes the game not enjoyable, unless you are willing to pay for the ads to be removed.

I’ve been playing this games for YEARS. The ads are out of control, ruining all enjoyment. You will spend more time dealing with ads than you will actually playing the game.
Where’s my rewards
Why am I not getting any of my rewards from playing bingo ? It shows me all these different rewards and I claim them but when I go back to the regular game I don’t have any of the rewards I claimed . I’m on level 4036 so I’ve had this game for literally YEARS so it’s very frustrating when I’m promised rewards and then I don’t receive them.
So Many Ads
Not only are there too many ads, they are incredibly long! Not just one ad, multiply it by 3. An ad should be no more than 12 seconds. I’m not watching them anyway, but the time they waste is enough for me to delete the app.
Keep locking up
Page keeps locking up when I first open it. Closing out the app does not help. Happens on iPhone and iPad. If not for that it would get 5 stars.

This is an annoying game with all of the advertisements after completing a game. There are four advertisements after playing each game or level, make it make sense. Yes, I understand that I can pay $3.99 to stop the advertisements, but after winning a game, a persons tempo is slowed down due to each and every game!

not true English words
whoever (from Liverpool) is deciding these words, doesn't really know Englishi all that well. A lot of of them are British English, which is fine, but barbell part of a fish? That's not widely known? There are a lot of nonsensical words that aren't a thing. they are not using proper English words. They use a lot of slang, so it can be very difficult for some people to do.
New additions=too much noise (figuratively and literally)
Love the game and have been playing for years but the recent additions seem juvenile and are rather annoying. I also miss the present at the beginning without having to watch an ad. Too many pop ups to get to the main puzzle. I will see if I continue.

Level 763
Played 763 word puzzles and my brain has enjoyed the challenge except game no. 763. The puzzle was entirely woke and offensive to any Christian. Whoever created the puzzle was intentionally trying to offend religious sentiments. One word was intentionally highlighted green to insure the drama. In most organizations that individual would be fired.

This used to be a great game; i have been playing it for years. However, with the last couple of updates, it has really gone downhill. A lot of the words are misspelled and numerous words are not even in English. Plus, at least half of them have nothing to do with the puzzle topic. I sincerely hope they release an update fixing these issues.
Words that don’t exist and words that are spelled incorrectly
The game would be fun if it were more accurate. Even the titles are misleading and with misspellings and poor English. And you’re looking for words and looking for words and you can’t figure out what it could possibly be because there are no more words there to be found, and just for the heck of it, you pick something and find out yep that’s the one it wanted, but when you click on it to find out it’s meaning you get nothing. And sometimes, like the word octopus, they spell wrong., or it’s "an alternate spelling." You’re supposed to know that somehow! Anyway, that kind of thing drives me crazy. As I said, it’s fun to look for the words, but it’s really frustrating when you know there are so many errors in it. I wish they made a more accurate version!
Not crossword puzzles
I enjoy these puzzles, but they are not crosswords, they are word search puzzles. Nothing like a crossword puzzle. I don’t know what the other reviewers think they are playing!

Edited 2026: with the new update there are pop ups every minute or so. You can close them right away but it’s very tedious. Sad because I liked the new match 3 game. ____________________________ pre2026 update: This has become my favorite word game! I do wish the badge challenges were structured differently though. This should be a daily all day challenge instead of timed like it is now. The way they are structured now if you trigger a badge challenge by playing a game then you have to finish all three levels in a certain time period. Well that means one sitting playing for hours which I just can’t do and I would think many people can’t. Let those of us who can only play a few puzzles at a time have a chance at badges too Update: I noticed the badge challenges are more accessible now so kudos to the game developers! There’s a couple of mildly disturbing things: 1) as this is obviously made by a country that is not the US, This winter season 2021 include native themed teepees and feather headdresses. This is a huge faux pas. Indigenous headdresses are current and culturally specific and not to be copied or used outside of specific ceremonial settings and then only by specific people who have earned and made them. So that was pretty shocking to see. 2)The other is why does the November 2021 bonus theme sun look like a corona virus? It’s pretty funny but still seems in poor taste

Time
Advertisements are necessary, but not ads that are ten times longer than it takes to complete a game. No one wants to sit through a 60 to 120 minute ad multiple times.

A highly addictive game which I love but only gave it 4 stars as I understood that I purchased a bundle for £5.99 and one of the offers was to remove ads. But I still get them and that annoys me intensely.
Ads are really annoying
I really enjoy this game and have for years. However, they have so many ads any more it is really difficult to play. There is an ad bar along the bottom that used to be static. However, they now have commercials running there, and those commercials just randomly take over the entire screen. I’ve even see them take over the screen in the middle of another ad. So you now have to watch two ads before you get back to your game. This can be right in the middle of you swapping in the board to take out a word.
Fail to load
What the heck is going on with the tournament this weekend. The tournament wont load most of the time. Takes many shut downs and retries to get it to come up one time. Please fix.
