Love the Game! Got a question
I’ve been playing the game for quite awhile. It’s great for killing time when waiting for an appointment or riding in the car . I tend to be a bit competitive, and I always look at the number of players who have completed the game I am on. I know I can’t go ahead and work puzzles, so I don’t understand why sometimes the numbers go up on the next level instead of down. I keep waiting to get to a number below 40,000 players, but when I start a new set of games, the numbers may be higher than the last game….how does this happen? Do love the game!
Music plays and can’t turn it off.
Why is music now playing after so long??!! This is being done purposely!!

If you can ignore the looping king shot ads, this game is a good way to test your grey matter
Daily puzzles
You can do the puzzle of the day everyday and once day your progress disappears. Ridiculous.
Good game
Started playing this after a coworker was talking about how he enjoyed it. Really fun and challenging game. I quite like this. My only complaint so far is the insane amount of adds. It kind of ruins the experience and enjoyment of the game for me. You can’t always skip them and sometimes there are several in a row. You end up wasting a lot of time on the ads.

A task too far?
Really taxing on the mind at times infuriating,but each block completed is rewarding.
Bug
I can’t play the Kraft Kats event as game says my iPad system calendar is incorrect - check your setting. I reported this numerous times being told to restart the game - stupid response as that is element.

Fix the broken ads!!!
My mother and I play the daily puzzles together in the mornings. And normally we both love the game but lately there have been intrusive ads that disrupt gameplay mid level. Sometimes they open without the phone even being touched. What’s even worse is that because these ads open, the game forces you to watch one, or sometimes even two more ads when you get back into it. Will update review once this issue is fixed.
Fun Game
I would give it five stars if it were not for the pop up ads in the middle of working a level. I can understand the ads between levels (unless you pay for no ads) but not during the level. Please update the app to remove the pop up ads. Thanks!
Too Many Ads
So it’s not enough to force an ad on your users after each and every puzzle, but now there’s continuous ad banners scrolling across the bottom of the screen while we’re completing each puzzle. Super annoying and has sucked every bit of enjoyment out of this app. Not to mention that some ads seem endless, having to repeatedly click before the ad finally closes (Royal Match). Used to enjoy playing WordBrain but with twice as much time spent enduring endless ads than actually completing puzzles, it’s time to move on. Horrible.
Daily Puzzles are Great
I reached a point where I can’t solve the puzzle. It’s been over a year. I switched to just doing the daily puzzle which is fine. I enjoy that level of challenge Casino advertisements totally suck. Too Long. Will never use an online casino and I might delete the app because of these advertisements

As we age and words are harder to remember this will stimulate your brain to stretch those muscles!
Levels Suddenly Hard / FORCES YOU TO TRACK
EDIT: AND NOW THEY HAVE THIS RIDICULOUS SCREEN COME UP, SAYING THEY ARE GOING TO TRACK YOU, HIT OK AND THEN ON THE NEXT SCREEN, YOU CAN SELECT ASK APP NOT TO TRACK. WELL I HIT OK AND THERE WAS NO OTHER PAGE WHERE I COULD SELECT, ASK APP NOT TO TRACK WHAT KIND OF SCAM ARE YOU TRYING TO PULL HERE? I JUST WANNA PLAY THE GAME. I PLAY EVERY DAY: I've played this game for years and years and they periodically have moments where the levels are just ridiculously hard. For the past month I have quit playing without finishing because it is almost impossible to pass certain levels. I have plenty of hints, I know exactly what the word is and the puzzle aspect of the game will make it impossible to solve. There will be so many different ways to spell the correct word that it’s almost impossible to find the right sequence. I will try 3-4 different ways to spell the same word, and none of those ways will be correct. It’s ridiculous.
Sync devices
I’ve been playing WordBrain for years and really enjoy it but having paid to lose ads on one device, iPad, I find when I move to my other device, iPhone, when I’m out and about, there are ads in profusion! How can I sync the devices and take it ad free from one device to another?
I uninstalled again because of the disruptive Ads.
Nice game but the ads are so time consuming and disruptive that I have removed the app.
Good word game
Annoying that sometimes the game doesn’t tell me I’m off base when I am (bottom left indicator). It’s either a bug or the game’s effort to make you spend money when hints aren’t needed. Makes me mistrust the game and have thought about deleting app as a result.

Invasive advertisements
I've really enjoyed this app for ages and put up with the advertising between levels but just recently some adverts have started appearing during levels like some sort of virus making trying to solve the puzzles, so given the number of other word puzzles available I'd think twice about bothering tbh
Watching videos
The game itself is great. I loath watching the videos but will do it for the free hints. Imagine not getting the hints time after time after the videos are over. Many times I have been this close to deleting the game from my laptop and phone. These technical problems are the reason for the low rating. Otherwise, I would rate it 5 stars. The puzzles start out easy then very challenging toward the end. Weed ads are annoying. I’m about ready to delete the game because of them.
Fun app but ads are too intrusive.
Just had a ad automatically open web pages and Amazon without me touching it. This is not okay. I wasn’t touching the phone when it happened.

A friend introduced me to this game and I like it. One BIG problem is all the ads. And they are non-stop. Otherwise it is entertaining and challenging.

Something needs to be changed
I am getting frustrated with a game I used to love! If you take today’s puzzle, for example, I can get all the way through to Scope - but the only reason I know the next word is scope is because I had previously found it. This is happening quite often…where the button telling me I can’t make anymore words doesn’t light up when it should. I can see waiting until scope so that I have to keep going back to see where the problem is, but when you are literally not able to make the next word it has caused me to to try for days, then I look for answers and end up cheating. And I am disappointed that the only way I can finish a level is to cheat. I end up cheating instead of working hard to find a word because I know there is a decent chance that the word can NEVER be found. I loved it when it was hard, but when you randomly tell me I can find a word that does not exist on my board I am deeply saddened and disappointed.

Awful Ad Pollution
The most recent update explodes with ads that can’t be closed even after watching the entire awful thing. Don’t bother downloading. For the few ads that can be closed, there’s another permanent ad underneath it that can’t be closed. I’m deleting the app after I post this. What a disappointment that they ruined this.
Game no longer works!
I’ve been playing this game for a couple of years and I’ve enjoyed the challenge. I opened it a few days ago and there is no puzzle, and the game is completely frozen! Please update to fix the bugs!!!
Way too easy
How many four letter words do you have to go through before it gets interesting? This is SO SLOW. Let me change difficulty
Progress Lost - Need save games
This is a great game and would have 5 stars if not for the fact I’ve had to repeat levels so many times now due to the lack of progress saves. Perhaps a level code feature could be added or save the progress against my account or something so I don’t have to do it all over again. People don’t always remember all the games or backups they need to do when going to a new device so the transfer progress feature doesn’t quite cut it. Even if we could use that transfer feature but the code doesn’t expire or allow somewhere you can generate the code from your account. The fact I am still redoing the levels is a testament to how much I like it and I paid for the ad removal. Please introduce a way to get back to the level you were on!!

I love WordBrain! None of the puzzles lag, and it is really relaxing. I really love all of the events they do. You feel on top of the world when you finish a puzzle. I wish every app was like this.

Have had WordBrain for more than 10 years. Just the free version, was willing to tolerate the ads. In fact, the grandkids like getting hints by watching ads, and they like to do the free samples of the advertised games. But now, in addition to the obvious ads that you can click past after watching a while, Word Brain is doing really obnoxious pop-up ads that aren’t obvious at first that they’re connected with Word Brain, saying “Your device is infected! Run this cleaning app now!” No it’s not infected, except with Word Brain. Deleting Word Brain now and won’t be back.
US or UK English??
At Raccoon level 10 & the spelling of the second 8 letter word is US not UK English which has not happened before I don’t think! Puts me off a bit….

Started as agood thinking game. Now more and longer and too many ads spoil the game. Ads even intrude into playing game and sometimes will not go away.
Missing points
I have been playing Brainys summer vacation for several days and accrued over 800 points. When I opened it yesterday it said I had collected these points and gone back to zero. I had not collected them.

I have to be persistent and keep trying different words to find the not so obvious path! So satisfying to get the solution!
