It’s such a thrill to figure out which meaning the clue. There are more than one meaning of many words. Enjoy the mental exercise. Always a challenge
Inconsistently normal
Most of the puzzles are made at a level that normal people with normal vocabulary skills can easily grasp. However a few of the puzzles are way too difficult and seem to be aimed at showing how smart the puzzle composer is and how ignorant we, the public tying to solve them, are. I wish the normal puzzles were more consistent.
Ads are locking game
Ads, especially Wayfair and Tai Chai walking are locking up the games. Frustrating to see the screen say “loading “ and it locks up
Ads are manipulative
The ads are very difficult to exit from. I have finally figured out how to do it, but it takes forever. As a result, I no longer play on the phone with my long distance 97 yr. old aunt who struggled so much trying to get out of them to get to the next puzzle.

I do these puzzles everyday to keep my mind sharp.
Horrible ads
No way to get out of the unwanted ads for Mahjong without shutting off phone. A waste of time.
Suggestion
I enjoy this daily challenge. The change to five games is appreciated. I like the themed games as well. Suggestion: after completing a game, allow users to get the definition of the proper solutions by holding/highlighting the answer word.

Ads that won’t go away
These were some of my favorite games. But I kept running into these ads that were lasting long and some wouldn’t even go away unless you would order something from them. I understand the need for ads and if they want last for 10-15 -20 seconds, I don’t care. But I do have to have the option to get rid of them after a reasonable time if I don’t want it.

Viruses!
Have been playing this for years but just recently, after completing a puzzle, I keep getting banners that my phone is infected with a virus. It’s some sort of nasty ad and the only way I’ve been able to get rid of it is to turn off my phone. Completely unacceptable!
Love the puzzles, annoying ads
Love these puzzles, plenty of variety to make it an enjoyable experience, however, the ads are sooooo annoying. It’s the same thing over and over and over. While I see the need for advertising to pay for the app, why are the same ones repeated ad nauseam. There is even a button asking is we are ‘interested’ or ‘not interested’ but no matter how many times you use it, the same ads continue on and on.
Ads galore!
It’s getting harder and harder to close apps so you can actually play a game. SO frustrating!
Lots of bugs lately
The content is lots of fun, as always. But the app has developed quite a few bugs in recent months that make tackling the puzzles a frustrating experience at times. I hope they’re fixed soon. Otherwise, it’s fun and educational. Three stars for now.

Enjoy this game I complete them everyday. I do not care for all of the ads, especially the ones regarding weight loss. They go on forever. I don’t mind the short ads, but the longer ones take away from the game..

Phishing ad
I love these games, but the last ad I received was one of those “your computer has a virus, select the button to download the fix” phishes. It gave me no option to close the ad out so I ended up deleting the app completely. I mostly wanted to make you aware of the ad. I know you have no control.
Ok like it but my iPhone 15 Pro Max is burning up from whatever this thing is doing
The latest version of this application is causing my iPhone to really heat up to a point where it worries me. What the heck is this thing doing in the background that’s heating up my iPhone 15 Pro Max?
Ads that never close
I really used to love playing 7 Little Words & More. However, more & more lately it takes HOURS to play. You ask why.... because of ads that NEVER close. Some have taken more than 24 hours to close. Some of the latest ads that never close - Pixel Flow!, Magic Sort & Candy Crush anything. I realize ads for other games are one of the ways game makers make money. What game makers might want to realize is that some people want to actually want to play the game they downloaded & will never want to download games of ads that never close. Also, I don't understand why, after I've been lucky enough to finish a game, I am forced to watch ads - some of which never close - to get to the next game

I’ve played 7 little words every day for years. It’s fun engaging, clever and well done. On rare occasions I’ve had an issue and contacted the developer and received almost immediate, helpful feedback in every case.

By far, one of my favorite game apps. I have had this app for over ten years. At one point I paid for unlimited hints. Why am I now being charged for hints?
Scammers
The app is full of fake ads using scam tactics to get you to click their links. Fake email alerts and false malware alerts as examples.

The game is fun; I play it at night to relax. It’s not too hard but not too easy!
Deceiving ads
Love this game but the ads are terrible. I got ads that popped up like a virus scanner telling me my device has been compromised. I got ads that cannot be closed - had to restart the app.
Accessibility issues
I have become accustomed to the format in place for 7 Little Words as it has been since September 2021. However, as a blind person, I still find navigating it a bit cumbersome. I especially don’t care for the fact that numbers, symbols, and especially accented letters are not truly readable. As soon as you’re on one of those characters, it automatically reads the next letter. At least the letters I can stop to find out what letter it is phonetically. I’ve also had times when I haven’t understood my screen reader when it’s reading the Sunday puzzle theme, for example. There doesn’t seem to be a way to actually read that character by character. It appears to be hidden text. I tried using the tutorial once, when I got a new phone and had to unlock the puzzles. I didn’t find it helpful at all. This puzzle used to be the most accessible app that I knew of. It was the first app I was really able to figure out how to use on my own without the assistance of a sided person, or even another blind person or a tutorial. I’ve addressed this issue with you all before, but never really got anywhere, but only to receive replies that came across as dismissive and belittling. I know that it has almost been five years since the last major format change, but I would like to see some kind of improvement. I understand the need for uniform apps, however, I don’t believe plug and play is necessary for this app. Thank you.

Too many ads; takes pleasure out it
Quirky but Good
Games are challenging however if you elect to watch an ad to earn a hint, the games often lock up after watching the ad and you do not earn the hint. This has been happening more frequently lately. There are ads between games that tend to be long and repetitive. The only way to avoid ads is to pay, which I refuse to do.

Thank you for these word puzzles. I really enjoy them all, except for Hootle, that kind gives me angina cause if I get it wrong- then there’s a bad mark left to see😑until the new month rolls round. But I still enjoy them all and thank you again! I don’t mind the commercials either just speed them up please 😁!

I can’t get the game to open after playing for years! I’m so frustrated!!!
Freezing
Love the game but it freezes frequently when moving to an ad. I have to restart my device to get it started again. Going to an ad, blank page and line across top freezes. “Providing motivation” takes so long I give up.

I have had this app for a few years. The ads were so annoying that I subscribed to “no ads”. Last month, ads started appearing, even with my no ads subscription. Too aggravating. They don’t even go away easily. Deleted the app

Great game but not nearly as much fun as in the past. Too many and too long ads.

FREEZING, CANNOT PLAY
I pay for this game and this is literally unusable. CONSTANTLY locks up. Tried closing the app, restarting and STILL does this after updating the app. What is going on?!?! FIX THIS NOW!!!

I love this game, been playing it for years. However, I don’t like the latest update. The letter boxes are too small which makes it difficult to get a feel for the words. The clue area doesn’t need to be as big as it is. Please go back to the previous layout!
Adds with paid subscription.
Too many adds even with paid subscription. Not worth paying for. After that, love the game and would pay for no adds, but no point when you get them anyway. So I just don’t play that much .
Too many proper names in one puzzle
The puzzles sometimes in the past 9 months or so have had too many proper names in one puzzle (7 little words). Once I was only able to answer one of the 7 because the rest were proper names, none of which I recognized. It stopped being as fun for me. I’ve been doing these puzzles for years before that without difficulty. I don’t do them anymore.
Keeps me thinking
I have played this game since 2021 and i enjoy it. It keeps me going

I have been playing and enjoying for a long time, but now it has all changed, and is not worth even trying.
Improvement
While I thoroughly enjoy 7 little words and do the 5 puzzles almost daily I think some improvements could be had. It starting to get boring and I find more and more days have 10 or 15 puzzles to do.

Used to be fun
I’ve been playing this for a long time. Recently there have been annoying popup ads blocking half the game in the middle of game play. They stay for about 10 seconds then disappear and show up again about 10 seconds later. Really annoying to the point I don’t want to continue playing. Ads in between games I can agree with but popups blocking game play not cool. Will move on to another game and check back to see if this hopefully gets fixed.
