it's so fun
Veteran player shocked once again
I have completed ALL chapters of Criminal Case at least once. The first six were completed on Facebook but your apps were horribly designed. Only the original app saved my progress, I had to start over in the others. It has been weird now for several weeks. The app shows I am not connected to Facebook but my progress is saved. I know that if I try to connect to Facebook and fail it will revert back to the first case and my progress will be lost. The issue just this week is network issues during the reward wheel. I have experienced issues with other game apps in terms of reward videos but the problem with your app is the network issues occur after the video but before I spin the wheel. I didn’t even get five spins tonight. It is absurd. I never thought I would see the day when app developers abandon the game they developed!
Awesome Game but Annoying Bug
I would give it five stars if it was not for a notification to log into Facebook popping up during gameplay every minute or so while FB is currently down for the app. I got back to playing again after a couple of years, and I think all my progress on the other games, i.e, Pacific Bay, was linked to my Facebook account, so I had to start all over again because I can’t log in. Please fix this bug!
Poor (NO) customer support
GET THOSE X RATED ADS OFF OF MY IPAD!!! 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 I sent a question and got an automatic reply saying that was the only reply I would get. My issue was not addressed at all. Told me to go to FAQ which I had already done and my question was not there. 😡😡😡😡😡 You now have another X RATED ad. On here. I have been playing Criminal Case for over 8 years but I will not tolerate such disrespect.
Pizza package
I love this game but I want to warn people not to buy the pizza package. The game advertises it as having 170 stars consistently; however, this is not true. You still have to buy packages (food). I still do not know how long it takes to re-up, but I used the initial stars and they still haven’t renewed-after 2 hours of waiting. I am not sure if that is be wise it is the free trial or not. One caveat-I do play the game quite a bit. I cannot even find out how long or what needs to be done for it to re-up. Just be aware of this if you purchase the pizza package. Otherwise, I love this game and the others I play.

Really shocking first case
I completed the original Criminal Case and looked forward to this chapter. After seeing the first victim, I knew I’d never play this again. Very upsetting.

It was fun until the latest update
There’s no ready to solve button. The problem isn’t so much that’s missing but that they removed it with no warning. Hate the new update. It wasn’t necessary.
Fun, but…
I enjoy the concept of these games enough that I paid the fee to go ad free. I don’t pay to complete anything early, and am content to pop in and out of the game to advance slowly. What does irritate me a great deal though is the recentish addition of a banner ad on the title screen for another game “by the creators of…” I paid for ad free. Which should mean ad FREE. Not add free except 25% of the title screen every time you log in. Please y’all, honor the intent and remove all ads for those of us who forked over the requested funds.

I started playing Grimborough in 2015 so I am really enjoying the changes in Conspiracy. Too bad I came back to investigate an old friend’s death😭 RIP Nathan💗
Too Many Ads
I really enjoyed the other versions. Hadn’t played in over a year. Was excited for this one, but the constant ads are making it very difficult to play. Every other move I make and it’s another ad. I don’t think I’m going to continue playing if this continues.
There’s a bug!
So the game is great and all, but earlier i tried to buy a sticker pack, and at first it said the purchase was successful, but then right after it said it failed. So I basically just got charged $10 but never got the packs. I dunno if this is either the app or my device but I’m just putting this out there anyway.

Not the same as the first game, too many ads
This installment of the series doesn’t feel like the previous ones, especially the first game. The plot became more confusing and difficult to comprehend. Also, the characters and cases got more strange and difficult to follow. I feel that the developers made this game a money pit with all the absurd and inappropriate ads. It became unplayable. If you don’t like the game, don’t download it and don’t play it. The choice is yours. So I decided to delete it and do other things with my time. Thank you.
Energy removal
This app has accumulated more than 20000 energy already because no energy is ever removed when I play the scenes. Please correct this.

I really like this game. I like that I could play with my friends. But, there has been no Facebook connection for over a month. So I’m playing by myself. The error message says that the developer knows about this situation. Again, it’s been over a month. I think if this isn’t fixed in the near future, I will stop playing.

I’ve played several of the scenarios over the past 3-5 years and find it very satisfying and engaging.

Fun Game, Great Series
I have enjoyed all the Criminal Case games so far, and this one is just as good as the others. I do have a couple issues with it though: 1) when I first downloaded it and logged in to Facebook I was already on level 2 in the middle of case number 1 with an autopsy finishing up…I was just a bit confused about what happened. I had to uninstall/reinstall the game and start the game without logging in to Facebook to figure things out and then login in when I reached where I was. 2) pretty much every time I open the game I’m asked to confirm my Facebook login…I’m hoping that goes away soon.

Ok. A little buggy. Ads
For a game that lets you trade watching ads for time boosts etc, it sure puts up a lot of annoying small ads. Sound regularly cuts out. Exit/ restart necessarily. A few other little bugs. But, a pleasant waste of time.
Fun diversion
Ever since the first Criminal Case version (area? location?) I’ve enjoyed the conversation and personalities of (most of) the characters. The game has creative and interesting story lines and is a good diversion at night to wind down before sleep.

Fun Game
I’ve been playing this for a few months. Until this past week, I have thoroughly enjoyed the game. Easily enjoyable without spending a dime, though I prefer to buy things here and there sometimes. My issue has only arisen recently. I am being inundated with requests from the game for me to sign into Facebook. You would think after being told once or twice it would stop asking, but I am peppered with these pop ups several times a minute. Unless someone can tell me how to stop this, I will have to delete the game. Seems like a wonky way to lose a customer.

Love the game but truly hate the ADS. Such a pain and takes away the fun of the game. I shut the game down every time a stupid AD comes up. You can keep that poison!!!!!

I’ve been playing this game for several months. It’s a fun game. I was wondering why I don’t get a gold medal for choosing the right suspect the first time. How do you get a gold medal after you arrest the correct suspect? Maybe my game is messed up.

I am getting tired of your ads that have an x displayed but when you touch the x it launches safari. Just now I had to exit the app to close your ad because 8 times it opened safari. That is ridiculous. Fix your ads. Then I’ll give you a good review.
Time
I enjoy playing this game and solving the mysteries but the time I have to wait just to get results from analysis tests is ridiculous! It takes the fun out of the game.

I played a couple of the Criminal Case games a while back when I still had a Facebook account. It was a fun way to pass the time, but I got tired of only having the choice of either paying real money or adding fb friends. I didn’t like bugging my family or my actual friends since most of them don’t play these games. And I didn’t like adding strangers to my friends list. And I’m extremely picky about what apps I’m willing to pay for. The ads are a bit annoying, but not any more than they are on a lot of other apps. The games were/are a lot of fun and challenging. I just want to play games like this without the necessity to add ‘friends’ or pay $$ to continue playing.

Something is really wrong recently
I have been a long time fan of this series but recently the connection to Facebook is not active and it is affecting gameplay. When try to contact developer through game it will not send. This is for weeks now. They need to fix the isssue

Love the stories, hate the extreme number of pop-up ads. We are forced to watch enough of them to progress in the game. It is infuriating to be interrupted after every other scene!

Too many adds
Before the last few days the ads only came up when you spun the wheel. There were other times the adds came up but it wasn’t bad. Now they’re coming up after you play once before you even get a star. I love your games, I’ve played most of them. But these adds are getting ridiculous. I spend money on this game just so I can keep playing. I won’t do it any longer too many adds. 200XP's is NOT a bonus & AD's!
I would give a 5 Star but I don't think XP's are a Bonus and the AD's are bad! I love all of your Murder games, and play them. A few are complete but the others I still play and enjoy them. I don't think XP's are a bonus and should be removed, several times I've received them and lost the energy refill (i.e. I worked hard to get it perfect for a full refill, so my XP's were 0, then 3 spins gave me a total of 600 XP's!). The AD's have popped up when I start a TIMED "Crime Scene", and I can't do anything until the AD finishes! That's my only 2 issues, they are great games & I hope you're working on more. I will gladly give ALL your Murder games a 5 Star if the XP "so called Bonus" is removed and the AD's are adjusted or lowered. Thank you. ;-)
