You either need to spend a ton of money to advance through the story or wait a full 7 days for it to reload and advance on its own. It can get very tedious to constantly have to either buy coins, keys etc or wait it out for 2 days. I ended up finding spoilers online after waiting 6 days to advance to episode 3. 🫠

I absolutely love this game and waiting to play this for a long time. It’s so fun but I just wish you would give me more clues. Don’t get me wrong. It gives me a lot of clues, but I need a little help and I wish I had a little more tokens because I wasted them in. I absolutely love this game but back to what I was saying joking me wrong. I did waste them so it is my fault but I really wanna see what Alex said I’m talking about I’m only a chapter 1. I bought this game like did I say bye I mean I got this game at like 4 o’clock and it’s 653. I’ve been playing it ever since it’s absolutely addicting and it’s a great game to play if you like true crime thank you so much for reading it and I’ll definitely get this game bye.

It was brilliant when it was Unrd and you could get a subscription for keys but then they stopped adding and updating stories and changed it all completely

Fun concept, frustrating experience
Love love love the idea behind the game. Frustrated by having to wait SO long for updates and the inability to earn more than a hundred coins at a time, when most keys or FF options cost at least 200-400. *Begging* the developers to increase the coin rewards you can earn and/or lowering the amount needed to unlock messages and attachments.
Had me hooked for days
Loved this app! I wish we could vote or have a little more an interactive experience but it was fun and I enjoyed the chat feature as well.

Dif than all others, but have to use coins when u only have limited amount to be ble to see all the stuff
Great idea terrible execution
Not enough actually happens. I thought it would be more interactive, or at least give you a section to take notes in, answer some questions, at least have you guess the killer!! But nope, literally all this felt like was paying to read a book. Pretty lame. It prays on you being impatient with the wait times, and then the majority of the texts they give you are so dumb and repetitive. I finished it, but halfway through just wanted to google the ending. This could’ve been done way better. Some inconsistencies with character descriptions in “news articles” and texts where people’s names completely change and leave you confused. It honestly makes me want to make my own version of this game because this idea was sooo cool, but not worth the money it wants you to spend.

Okay, the amount of coins it take to uncover a text, email or phone call is a little over the top. There’s plenty of ads going back and forth from messages, email and calls

This is such a fun and engaging app!! The story is gripping and it’s so easy to get coins and rewards just by watching ads. You don’t really need them to unlock the entire story but it definitely makes it more fun and interactive. I’ve been having so much fun putting everything together and chatting with people. Would love if we could vote on who we think it is!

this is a very creative and amazing game. It’s in real time which makes it seem way more realistic. It’s very thought out. It’s honestly an amazing game. The only downside I would say is that you have to earn the coins to unlock specific messages, pictures and emails which sucks because you have to wait to get them I love this game. The only thing I would change about it is take out the having to earn coins to read the messages.
Still a bit Buggy
I was a fan of the concept when they first came out. I liked the idea of a mystery spread out over a few days. Then came the paywalls. While you could still enjoy the story, made it harder to play detective. They went silent for a while on their page and I’m sad to see that all they post are videos of AI garbage advertising their games, which I also imagine also now carries over to the app.
Good story, too many adverts
Great story, I was very much gripped and I found it to be very immersive. The downfall was the amount of adverts I had to watch to get coins to progress.

I can you do this game with so much hope, but now I regret my time spent 😭 it requires keys you have to pay for to unlock messages and often having to wait 1-8 hours for a new message and it SUCKS. I wish this game was more features, more storyline and didn’t make you wait. You’re literally just better off waiting 7 days but OH WAIT. You have to pay coins to even go to the next day and you get zero helpful or interesting info after day 2. Day 7 was when anything got revealed and it was just lame. I would recommend making more investigating features, be able to look at their socials and messages. Have more in their photos, emails and messages too. I’ve moved on to Cold Trace and it’s soooo much better!

I know the developer can see these reviews, so Mr or Mrs developer, take this into consideration. It is not fair that you have advertised this as an immersive game, when we are expected to pay to even solve the case. I understand your game runs off of advertisements. so add mandatory advertisement instead of making your game unplayable 🤣. It’s unenjoyable and honestly it’s quite upsetting considering this could be an amazing game if it was actually playable, the game is extremely interesting and it’s a shame that players are expected to PAY you just to complete the game.
Too slow and not interactive enough
The concept of this game is good but the actual execution isn’t great. The videos, photos etc are all a really nice touch but I wish it had more of an investigation feeling rather than just feeling like you’re monitoring someone’s phone.

Fun game and gets your brain going but you have to pay ‘coins’ to unlock SO MUCH and the max (with ads) you can get a day are 190 and thats just not enough

Needs some improvements
Takes a very very long time to progress through the story and in the middle of a conversation people stop responding. I understand it’s meant to be “in real time” but it’s very unrealistic. The links for breakingnewslondon in Chapter 6 & 7 are also broken so we’re missing part of the story. Great concept and with some tweaks could definitely be improved!

Do the web pages in the game have ads? One of the article links was overtaken by an alert about a Trojan horse- a bit concerning and makes me hesitant to continue playing the game

absolutely love this game and i am addicted to it because i love true crime. the downside is that you have to wait hours for the next clue and if you want to unlock clues, you have to pay for more coins. other than that its such a fun game.

Interesting to say the least
I am currently playing and while the concept of the game is intriguing with the text and phone alerts, it falls into the same cycle of having to exert resources just to move the game forward. I understand why developers do this, but it really does nothing when we have to wait to acquire resources. And nobody isbtrallly interested in spending or subscribing for coins that we have to use any way. What is the point of using game coins to fast forward time until the next message or to unlock email, phone, or text communications (especially for the first case if there are plans to be more), i only to be teased or rewarded with a fraction of the coins spent that allows us to do nothing. It would have been better to give the “detectives” a few available case to (one or two free cases to assess whether or not we would be interested in those next steps) and another one if consumer buy in is evident if your goal was to have us pay to pay to help with the infrastructure of this app.

Started this game yesterday and I would like to say that whoever took the time to create such a masterpiece deserves an award. So well thought out, I can’t wait to solve it
Not really a game
I can appreciate the level of detail that has gone into the game, the URLs that lead you to outside of the game to make it seem more real and all the content that you get sent to the phone however some of the links lead you to a website that says the domain is now available so I suppose the creators of this game have decided to stop paying for it. Some sort of in-game replacement would be better as you miss out on whatever information is in those links. Also it’s not really a game. You just receive texts, emails and so on and you can’t interact. There’s no sending your own reply, no feeling that you’re a detective, no one asking you to guess who did it. You’re just watching a story unfold, extremely slowly. The most you do is unlock stuff to access it or speed up the process. I felt it was misleading saying help us solve this case when you don’t solve anything, you don’t put puzzles together, you’re literally only reading and listening to things. This had so much potential if it wasn’t so slow to get new info, hidden behind coins and you actually got to do stuff.
