There are Fatal Bugs
I started this game several years ago and then got distracted. I thought maybe I should restart it now so I can get back in the swing of things but revisiting the first mystery has a glitch where the first special clue pops up with the police chief saying there is a clue and you can’t get rid of that dialog to see what the clue is or progress in the game. I’ve only played the first seven levels so maybe it wasn’t that engaging anyhow. I’ll try again if there is an update to fix this problem, but can’t play until then.
Fun challenge!
While I do think some of the cases are pretty hard to conclude and may leave with a bit of inconsistency or confusion I do love a good challenge. And that certainly is! Also love the fact that to get clues you can watch ads instead of paying money. Definitely recommend it!
It has potential but the controls are not good
The only way to move from one item/room/person to another is by investigating and hoping an option pops up to investigate the thing you want. On the third mystery something happened and now I can’t even continue investigating the scene properly (such as questioning the neighbors) because the options no longer lead to that. I wish there was a drop down so you could select what area to investigate. I can’t solve the third mystery now without completely guessing because I can’t go back to talk to the neighbors.
Wrong country
It’s set in London but all the characters talk in American English and use dollars instead of pounds??
One of the best Murder Mystery games ever!
I love this game so much! I love how challenging the game is, they don’t make it too easy or too hard, it is super, super fun and I highly recommend it!
Bug prevents finishing FIRST investigation
I have tried the first investigation twice, the one with the woman and the car below the bridge, and both times when the detective said to look at additional clues those close appeared UNDER the screen I was looking at. There doesn't seem to be a way to close the thing I need to close to get to the clues screen. I have an iPad Pro 12.9-inch from 2018 (3rd gen). I tried rotating the screen but it didn't fix the problem.
It’s great!
This game is so fun to play if you want to test your deductive skills and it also makes for a good game to play when you have nothing to do or when you are bored in general! This game is one of the best deductive games I’ve played ngl

Ngl It’s cool the game updated and all but the infiltration puzzles shouldn’t of been added into the game at all. Not only do you have to spend money in order to move past phases it’s the fact that the 5/5 accuracy doesn’t make sense. 5/5 accuracy should be a perfect shot and it’s not. You have to click it multiple times while the clock is ticking and while the sensor is moving at a certain speed it wastes so much time and then you have to watch ads to get more bullets or added time it’s dumb.

Improbable Case Solving
I like the idea of this game but I deleted app after solving first case. SPOILER (1st case): A woman dies in a car accident, 4 suspects only with two of her small children as two of the suspects (lol). Ok, you can then assume you have only 2 suspects. The game gives you a clue without asking for it, saying her husband has been in “years ago” for domestic violence. You can’t really find out more info regarding suspects or overall crime scene. You put in the husband as the culprit and boom, you solved a case! Game needs more writing. Who, what, where, why? You can’t accuse someone of committing a murder due to their violent past.
Funny game
It’s a really funny game if you love murder mystery’s and want to be a detective sometimes it is kinda hard but fun
Back arrow bug
Love the game. I played it a few years ago and re downloaded it today. I like the new updates but found a bug. When I click one of the options and try to go back to the previous options I can’t do it because it won’t let me. Please fix!!

Not good. Unreachable paths and confusion on what you have and have not read
I couldn’t with this game. Having to click through the different possibilities without knowing where you have been. The options of what to read change each time and you can finalize the case without reading all of the case details. Deleting.

Time limit
I enjoy the game but we aren't given enough time to gain clues for example on the third mission while gathering information about Andrea and the party and other key people you get cut off by her offing herself and now cant go back to get vital info you may have missed

Would be good except flaws/glitches
Just like other reviews, I got to “Someone Sinister” and there was no way to proceed as it very quickly kept reporting the mission failed and John left the room. I was only able to play for a few minutes before the app was no longer playable. Also I recommend some type of menu during the investigations because navigating is tedious and some won’t let you go back to review certain evidence.

Need to be able to access all the information. After the “suicide” I wasn’t able to go back to see details about the suspects. Also a better menu should be available to access the info instead of having to drill down.

I just got this game and I’m in level “Someone sinister “. The game was fine until I got here there is no button to press “conclude investigation “ and it would say failed it’s not letting me move on to the other steps and I’m stuck in there I hope you can fix that I was really enjoying the game

Alright
I played this game for a bit and really enjoyed it but the fourth mystery just did not make sense, I couldn’t wrap my head around it and it really made me lose interest in the game.

I paid 89p for 16 clues and I have been given no clues and no way of getting the money back I understand it’s only 89p but it isn’t the point I’d like it back please.
Inconsistent clues vs deductions vs conclusions
Some of the clues don’t match the deductions of the murder. For e.g Crimson creek, autopsy shows water in victim lungs ==> drowning as possible cause of death not the conclusion drawn which is supported by 0 clue. Also 3rd case, the suicide is randomly triggered, if the right questions have not been asked b4, no chance to solve. Good and creative game but needs improvement to the clues and flow of logic…
Keeps flashing backlight
The game is really good but it’s keep flashing on backlight which is hurting my eye and not able to think while playing

This is one of the best detective games I’ve played. It doesn’t cost an arm and a leg for unlimited everything and it has no ads!! I highly recommend!

AMAZING GAME!
***somewhat spoiler*** I love these puzzles it’s one of the first ones I’ve spent a lot of time on, it’s a lot like an escape room in a more realistic sense compared to most games. I kinda wish we could’ve saved Natalie, i immediately fell in love with her character, I was bawling like a baby when she died. I definitely think this game could be a lot better if there was a way to change it so she doesn’t die, add on, another part, choices changing outcomes. Overall amazing game. Would definitely recommend this game to my friends.

The idea is pretty awesome. Not well executed, though. The UI is sloppy and confusing and just all over the place. It’s hard to stick to one train of thought when there’s no continuity. Like you select one option and it doesn’t say much. Then it just goes back to the same two options afterwards. Not something I’m keeping on my phone, sorry. Maybe it’ll be better in time, but until then...thanks, but no thanks.
Good but not sure it makes sense.
The game is one of the best detective games I’ve tried, simple and easy to understand - no unnecessary things. But there’s times when it doesn’t make sense. I’ve just been through an investigation where I could only open 1 box out of 5 boxes. If I was a detective I would be opening all 5 but that’s not an option. The clues to opening one box don’t make sense, they all have an image and a label and a position and they are somehow linked by after many hours of noting it down and really trying to figure it out I still don’t have an answer, and I found out it’s box 4 but how, box 4 doesn’t stand out from the others in any way whatsoever. Another part of the investigation was figuring out aspects of the murderer. I had to find out if he was on his phone. Most of the witnesses said he was on his phone but the actual result said he wasn’t... I was super confused!!!! If someone could explain and help me a bit here I would be very open to it but I’m not sure it quite makes sense. Nevertheless, a nice simple game!
