I love the game, but lately a keep getting a prompt that an update is needed. I click to get the update in the App Store and there isn’t one. Now, the game won’t let me double my rewards or refresh deals. Be nice if that got fixed.

1 Заполните шкалы дополнительного хода быстрее у соперника. 2 Нет свободного выбора команды и когда захочешь тогда и выйти, это про турнир. Тебе не дают заработать больше чтоб получить приз. 3 Нет нормального доступа восстановить свой прежний аккаунт, потому что разработчики не занимаются этим, им это не надо, бестолковые 4 Часто в турнирах и без попадаются соперники повыше моего игрока, это не честно

Глючит и сбрасывается прогресс
Играл несколько дней нормально, подключил даже премиум. Дня через 3 начало лагать, каждый заход в игру требуют войти через эпл по фейс Айди, хотя раньше сразу грузилось, начали глючить турниры. Я там отыграл 25 побед, стала вылезать ошибка в главном меню что не удаётся загрузить данные турнира. Затем захожу в игру - турнир полностью пропал, а ранг арены упал до нуля, хотя было 7. Также все ежедневные призы обнулились до первого. Написал в поддержку - говорят что у меня бан за использование читов. Как я понял, в игре много глюков и технических ошибок, и разработчики сами не понимают откуда они берутся и обвиняют игроков. Какие Читы на телефоне? Почему я тогда с ними проигрываю каждый второй бой? Да и вообще было странно такое услышать в ответ на жалобу по техническим косякам и глюкам игры. Ну хорошо что поиграл только несколько дней и не особо обидно.

обновил игру, но все равно пишет, что надо обновить! И из-за этого не могу сыграть в гильдии с другом в дружеский бой, потому что пишет: надо обновить. не знаю как фиксить , даже удалял и заново скачивал и в поддержку в дискорде написать не могу

Why is there no way to get magic dust now? I see my keys are being taken to do an adventure, but I don’t get anything in return for doing an adventure that has rewards that I already have aside from a few gold coins. Example: equipment that is maxed out

Игра хорошая, интересная и если есть мозг, то выигрывать не составит труда. После последнего обновления перестала игра реагировать на нажатия, тыкал по всему экрану, а толку нет. Прогружается как обычно, даёт награду за вход, но это все бесполезно... посмотрите, что случилось. Аппарат айфон 10, ios14.4
Нет баланса на арене
Перед тем как установить игру почитала отзывы , очень многие писали про то , что на арене нет баланса , я не предала этому значения, когда начала играть ничего подобного не замечала , но как только у героев стали повышаться уровни… эта проблема тут же появилась. У противника все нужные камни для комбинации и ячейки быстро заполняются , даже если вопрос не о камнях , то у противника все равно больше плюх на поле, и тем самым ты всегда останешься в луже, совершенно нет не какой возможности заполнить ячейки , а без них не победить , прогресс стоит на месте , теряется смысл играть , потому что мотивации и азарта -0 Очень обидно, поскольку игра очень понравилась, хотелось бы продолжить играть , но такими темпами придётся удалять 😭 😔
Really good game but update messed up
Game is great but after last update I see only main screen and game freezes (ios), music play as normal but nothing works. I tried to vontact developer but no one answered me.
Biased and unfair
This game loves to give an unfair drop rate in pvp every time you’re about to advance a level. You’ll get matched against an opponent that has equipment that completely negates all of yours. Then you’ll watch as they make one move that produces an avalanche of free turns, mana fills and lucky turns. Your turn will only have one option and it’s usually nothing that benefits you whatsoever. The next turn the opponent unloads on you with a torrent of attacks and finishes with a move that yet again produces an avalanche of gem matches that will either kill you outright or fill the opponents mana which kills you the turn after. It would be fun if the drops were balanced on both sides but the way it is just makes it not fun to play. Also.., the artwork is awful and the character design is even worse. The premise of the game is great but the execution and presentation ruins it.

Too much depends on PVP.
I like the game play and mechanics, but there is FAR too heavy a reliance on PVP. I don’t want to grind PVP arena matches just to get macguffins so I can play the far more interesting stories. Find some way to play players just.... play... without forcing them to PVP.
Fun gameplay but poor decisions
Game is fun but for some reason they prevent you from playing pvp. I can understand why they stamina-gate pve, but why ruin your player population by preventing them from playing the game in pvp?

I just started the game but I played the original Gunspell game years ago. It was different and definitely kept my interest. I’m still trying to figure this one out but I am enjoying the game!
Hole of in time with no rewards
Bottom line is you can spend a week playing and still end up no where, unless you pay! Adventures are based on items dropped from crates. Crates can be unlocked with time or payment. You can not advance without payment. Another EA modelled game . There is a reason why there rating is 3 stars and falling. Possible changes should revolve around keeping f2p not losing them. I’m out

Title says it all. Just be aware that a majority of this fame is pvp and it can be frustrating at times.

Has potential
PvP seems rigged and will leave you feeling aggravated as you struggle for mana as your opponent gets cascade after cascade. Not a lot of content to delve into. In theory, it is like a good mash up of Gems of War and Shadowrun but falls flat. Still enjoyable though.

Unbalanced and forced to spend
This game is unbalanced. Once you win a couple rounds it promotes you to higher levels and there is no way to lower so they are trying to force you to spend otherwise you are stuck.

Another game that plays you
Okay, I understand the principle of a game being free to start and then you paying for unlocks or power up, etc. but this is another game that ends up playing you. Every possible choice is made for you. L8ke a certain character and want to keep playing it? No you don’t! You’re forced to change. Simply want to play arena or adventure? No again. Either change character or wait a week or pay a ridiculous amount of money. No thanks! Uninstalled and nothing purchased. Avoid!
Why no offline play?
First Gunspell was offline compatible but this one isn’t? Gameplay is great but just not able to enjoy it in Airplane mode especially for travel... bummer

Spent a few hours playing this game last week, I have to say it’s surprisingly addictive. Nice character development ideas and the plot. Totally worth it :)
Not much to play
I know the game is new but really so far there’s nothing to play except for arena which gets very boring! With adventure once you play the hero is lock and need gold to unlock so that’s a dead end! So what is the point of releasing the game when it’s not even ready?

Needs more quest/story driven gameplay.
