it’s now asking me to sign in or start a new game. I tried both emails it could possibly be, and it said user not found for both of them. Is this fixable?

All of my game data deleted. I have no idea what my password was. I’ve played this game for years, now it’s not syncing and everything is lost. I started again after probably hundreds of dollars on my other character. I still like the game, though.
Progress wiped
Was very happy with a game that doesn't push ads on you, but the latest update wiped out years of progress and I'm now starting from square 1. Very disheartened, I had my fun but I will be deleting my app.
I lost my account..
I couldn’t open the app today so I updated it, but my previous record was with my Apple account, so after I updated the game I lost all the data (that I played for years) cuz I didn’t have an account 😭 also I can’t register a new account for some reason this is just heartbreaking
Amazing game
I used to play this game years ago and found out that it’s still being updated years later. This game is very addicting and fun. I wish the game was more lenient with the energy feature, it takes a lot of the fun away, especially when the energy cost increases the more you play. I’d rather save my gems for character tokens and chests instead of spend them for energy to play longer. I would spend money to get rid of the energy feature altogether!! Another thing is, even if i spent a lot of money on this game, it would still take a thousand years to unlock some of the end-game characters. I also think that moving the blocks diagonally can be difficult to execute, and often misfires to other blocks. There is also a glitch i found in the game where sometimes the character tokens don’t show up under the character after you receive one, and it remains as 0/25. This is one of my favorite mobile games of all time and just wanted to express some issues that would make the game perfect.
app update lost all progress
updated the app today without knowing that the new update would wipe all my progress in the game just because i’ve been playing for a long time and only now does it not just want me to MAKE an account it REQUIRES one and it will not bring back my progress from before from this same device. was a really fun game, will not be restarting from scratch
Fun and Offline
I always look for good offline games to play when there’s no connection, and this is my top favorite. It’s super satisfying and the design is simple but cute. one star down just because progression via the leveling and character rank up totems is insanely hard since chest drop rates are rough and you have to farm for months to get enough statues to level up if you’re not paying. Progressive is less bad at lower levels but sometimes I just log in to eat stamina to farm to level, though you can always play some rounds to full star or do the arenas.

I’ve loved this game for ages and I’ve made a lot of progress and now all my data has gone. It’s telling me to sign in or start new game and I can’t sign in
Great game!
I first downloaded this game in 2017 and redownloaded it in 2025. I never got even close to how far I am now (far enough to see the creatures without walk cycles)! I love the pixel art, the music, and the backgrounds! The little hats on the creatures is a fun way to change it up a bit. When I first played I got no where close to unlocking the dark world and was surprised to have discovered new challenges so far into the game! There’s so much to love about this game that I’m not gonna write all down since I want to explain a couple small bugs/weird things I’ve noticed as someone fairly far in the game. I highly recommend checking the game out even with these bugs, they’re very small and mostly cosmetic! The rest is mainly for the devs :] There's a few bugs/weird things. The button to sell tokens for maxed out hero's says "let's battle!", I'm assuming it was reused from the other buttons. It still works fine, just an interesting thing. As mentioned before, after a certain point, the creatures no longer have a walk cycle in front of closed down stores so they just slide around. It's not an issue! Just a funny thing I noticed. I forget when it started but the most recent shop I opened was the cookie rabbit and it started before then. It kinda sucks how a lot of the levels cost double digit energy. I'm level 59 and my max energy is only 88, meaning I can only play ~8 levels (unless it's a boss level since those cost 20). I've also gotten quite unlucky with pulling new statues, or maybe the chance of pulling them from chests is really low? I maxed out all my normal level heroes a bit ago and have continued pulling their statues from chests 90% of the time. I understand having a harder chance pulling high rarity statues, but I think I’ve only gotten one (1) rare hero to full statues in my ~3 1/2 months of playing. I still have one (1) common hero I haven’t unlocked in the dark world in the ~1 month that I’ve had that unlocked. It’s just highly unlikely to pull them or to have the coins to get them. Last issue is that sometimes the game freezes on a menu, but I think I’ve realized that’s from me rushing to click another button right after opening the menu and it probably confuses the game, causing it to freeze. Closing and opening the game again always fixes it. I’d recommend to anyone else playing to wait a second after opening any sort of menu just to be safe.

Just redownloaded it for old time sake only for it to ask to signs in which it didn’t work and now everything is gone so yeah.

Good game, pity about the bugs
The difficulty curve is a little too steep sometimes, to try and encourage us to spend money, but overall the game mechanics are really nice. However, arena prizes - specifically dark world chest keys from arena boss - will not actually show up. Every now and then it freezes on a “quick loot” screen and I have to kill and reopen the app to unfreeze. Discovered the hard way that three special tiles do not make a match (talking about the I II III IV V same colour tiles) unless there’s a regular tile involved. Also, not sure if it’s intentional that over abundant hero tokens from dark world sell for gold instead of dark gold, and that the leaderboard does not encompass the dark world stars. Achievements would be nice.
Lost my account after eight years
I have been playing this game since it released 8 years ago, but lost my account after the most recent update. I have loved playing this game and am very sad all my progress was lost :(
Lost my progress due to update
New login update makes it impossible to continue where you left off. Actual years I spent on the game is gone. Very disappointed in game devs.
No recent updates
I’ve had this game for years and I’ve completed all stages and characters. At this point there are no more stages and the arena is all you can play. I wish there was a way to go back and play old stages without having to start a new game.
Poor design or intentionally bad?
The games great up until you get your 5th hero who at the time you get them will be severely under leveled and ultimately useless in every level since they’re way above his level but you can’t take him off your team so now you just have random weak tiles in place of what could be the other characters tiles ultimately making it nearly impossible to beat levels let alone get 3 stars. This was a huge oversight (or intentional bad design in order to kill their own game before you even beat the tutorial?). The one good thing I’ll say is as far as micro transactions and ads go this game rightfully lacks those almost entirely (very small microtransactions) which is the only reason I played to the end(?) of the tutorial up until it became virtually unbeatable by design (intentional or not that’s what happened) unless you want to pay loads of real money to boost the 5th character enough to be playable which is laughable

I haven't played games since I updated yesterday. I wanted to sign in as usual before going to school this morning, but I found that I needed to log in again. At that time, I wanted to do it when I got home from school at noon, but when I tried again at noon, I found that the interface was different from that in the morning. Lost all progress
After literal YEARS of grinding all of my progress has been wiped. Devs…. WHY?!
Really addictive!!
This game is so easy to get addicted to. The developers definitely knew what they were doing when they made this game and how to keep players interested. The only issues I have with the game however are that it can not only take ages to level up the heroes, but it gets very hard in places. You can play one level and get 3 stars, to then play the next level and get defeated by one hit. It just seems to get really difficult so randomly and you have absolutely no way of moving forward unless you level up your heroes. That in itself poses a problem as you will either not have enough in game money, or have to grind/re-loot over and over in the hopes for evos. It hasn't been enough of a problem to stop me playing it yet, but I think I will reach a point where it's becomes too frustrating and tedious to carry on playing.
Bom no inicio, péssimo depois
No começo o jogo é até bom pra passar o tempo, mas depois de alguns níveis a dificuldade aumenta de forma muito desproporcional em comparação com o poder dos heróis, desanimei demais porque acabo ficando por meses preso em um nível só pra passar em um nível difícil pra ter outro mais difícil ainda.

So good, it’s a crying shame it’s been abandoned
Honestly, this is the most addictive match game on the App Store. The mechanics of leveling up shops to produce the egg shaped things that evolve the heroes, not to mention leveling up the power runes that increase the power of different types of heroes. There’s a lot going on but it’s really really fun. I wish they would add more levels, or at least let us replay levels that we already won with 3-stars
My account is gone
The game is now asking for an email login that I never signed up for; now all of my progress and any money I spent is not gone. That is a total shame because the game is fun at its core.

I really enjoy the game, though the difficulty spike can be a bit rough. There hasn’t been an update in a while, I hope match land is still getting attention!

Update killed my progress?!?
After the last update I was greeted with a screen prompting me to login or start a new game. I have no idea if I have an account and there’s nothing when I search my email. I’ve never been prompted for a login after an update before. There’s no account saved on my device, which maybe there would be if I’d used the Apple login option. I’ve been playing for over a year and now it’s all just gone, with no warning whatsoever?! Awful.
Great game but not without flaws
I love playing this game and have so continuously for about a year although there are many bugs which sadly the developer is not interested in fixing. Looking forward to their next game.

Jeu vraiment génial et je m’en lasse pas mais seul problème il y a un bug avec les notifications. Best game ever
This is the best game ever. My favorite game of all time. I played so much over the year. It is my favorite game and the only game I spent money on. However, how can I restart the game? I tried so many ways including deleting and reinstalling, turn off back up from iPhone. I just cannot seem to be able to restart the game. Please help!

Good time passer, yet not perfection
Having played this game for a good few months now, slowly building up levels and so on, I figured I'd write a review of my experiences taking into account the current version's additions. The Arena has made it that much better between Stamina usage, as it gives an additional way to actually play the game for some great rewards. Plus this allows you to refill your stamina too. New heroes were a great addition, however some simply outclass others at the same rank so some get left for dust (Isabella and Bruno I'm looking at you, Pico too). The game can suffer from frame rate issues frequently (6s here, latest iOS at time of writing) and I have seen it slow down to the point of crashing. All in all, I'll continue playing as it's heaps of fun.

Still fun after years of playing!
I truly wish the developers would work on this game again because it still has so much potential. I have been playing this game off and on since 2020 and I have loved every second of it. The pixelated art style is so cute and the game is so well put together. It's a very well balanced game because unlike other games, you don't have to wait an obnoxious amount of time for your energy replenish and as the game gets more difficult you don't stay stuck on one level for weeks. It can be tedious to evolve characters, and I wish there was another way to earn figurines for new characters but at the end of the day the gameplay makes up for its flaws.
Lost all progress
App is now asking me to sign in but I never have. Lost an insane amount of progress so I guess that’s it and will delete the app.
Great Game
I love this game. It's cute, easy(ish) [there's enough to keep completionists busy but it's easy to pick up so you don't get bored) Only down side is that after a while you're slowed down if you don't buy gems to level up faster. I wish there was an alternative way to earn them - maybe some harder levels with special rewards. Overall I think it's great. And the art is really cute too.
A good game but a little flawed
This is an interesting game and something that passes time but I do find this game annoying. You level up slowly whilst battling against more stronger opponents that are clearly much higher than you, which in my opinion is unfair and more prone to push new players away rather than entice them. If the next update allows the gamer to level up faster or at least gain more health quicker, perhaps have different weapons in the daily chest or gift could be a huge boost to their disposal or maybe even acquire new abilities so you can move on to the next quest, then I will give five stars, otherwise, this is all I can say for now.

The perfect match 3 RPG
I keep trying other match 3 RPGs since this doesn’t get updated any more but always come back. Besides the cool retro art and characters, the actual speed and physics of moving the tiles is perfect. No other match 3 is as satisfying. I’m finally reviewing in the hopes that they’ll reconsider and pick it back up.

I’ve been playing this game for 8-9 years at least now, and with this new update it seems like I will have to start over if I want to keep playing, which isn’t gonna happen. I hope you guys give us a way to get our save data back

Irritating
It seems that the majority of the time I'm stuck with only a single move I can do and nothing else. Gets pretty annoying when all you can do is heal or inflict pathetic damage (through a single non colour coded match) and matches take 25 turns. In one match it shuffled my board 3 times which is absurd. Seems purely down to luck.
