Quick and Seamless onboarding
Getting a quote is so seamless and quick. I was insured in less than 10 minutes. All I hope for is that the joiner going forward will be good

I insured my phone for 3 years and i lost it when i claim the insurance said they can only give me 11k excluding my excess amount and my phone costed me 17k so I don’t how this is fair. I should have been given 13,500 excluding the excess amount
Good rates, but room for improvement
The good: User friendly app, good rates and discounts if you don’t drive your car often. The bad: The panel beater I was sent to wasn’t great. Insurance feels slightly less comprehensive. Ensuring all risk items is a pain. Getting issues resolved is a pain. 4 stars is being generous.
Frustrating app freeze
You try to upload the required pictures but the app freezes as you upload

Best ever. Insured my phone and in less than a month I got robbed. After submitting the necessary documentation, I received a voucher to get myself another phone minus the excess fee. The only problem I have now is that I can’t insure my phone again with them.

The app just keeps logging me out. I legit have to login every single time i open the app. Even if i just had it open 5 seconds ago!!

This app barely works after sales, been trying to update my card details on here for weeks and it hangs on the login screen. App store shows it as up to date yet I am still unable to login
Phone cover
My claim experience was excellent. My phone was damaged, and after attempting a repair, they determined it was beyond repair and paid out promptly so I could replace it. The entire process was smooth, quick, and hassle-free, with great communication throughout. I’m very happy with their service and would definitely recommend them.
Unable to delete my account in the app
I am unable to delete my account within the app This is a requirement from apple So how did you get past that
APP REFUSES TO OPEN- iOS 17
The app refuses to open. It only loads a green screen. It is frustrating

Lost my phone and in literally 2 business days my claim was approved, in less than a week my phone was replaced. They are the best and I’ll always choose them.

So annoying when I try to log in and I can’t get access to the app - it means I can’t access any of my information. Just stuck on the log in page loading forever

As an existing customer trying to log in and update details, both the app & website are not giving me the functionality to just log in an transact. Don't be so focused on driving new business that you don't cater to existing customers.
