I have been trying to login to the app but it doesn’t let me in and I can’t access anything but I need to see a doctor. Very useless and frustrating.

Multiply Not Working
The multiply part of the app doesn’t seem to work. I tried to update my details but nothing happens. I linked it to my apple health but it doesn’t so my name or half the info - i can’t assessments or anything else.
App never works
Bad! when i needed the assistance i couldnt get it die to the app that doesnt work.
Impossible to recover password
Impossible to log in. The recovery password link is an endless loop that simply returns you to the log in page.
Disappointed
The OTP takes forever to come through and once I download the app it does not want to open.
Not user friendly
Very complicated to use and not very user friendly. It is helpful

I have only been using the app for a week and its such a shame. The chat option does not work so I dont understand why its even there. It loads not stop and i keep getting sms’s saying the dr has replied but cant even access the chat portal. The app is not user friendy you literally have to take your time to figure it out. I was planning on upgrading but not so sure anymore
Momentum and Multiple toggling
I think it’s great that we can now access both in one app, however toggling to the Multiply app is not great. Every time I click on it, it introduces the app and tools within as if I’ve never used it before. I have to click about 5 times and I have to accept the terms and use of the recharge scan every time.
Safe days neverworks!
Been on multiply for two months now and safe days still doesn’t work... tried everything from activating to deactivating to putting on locations have literally done everything and still doesn’t even pick up that I'm traveling! Horrible app with way too many bugs. My May rewards never even went into my health saver balance had to start over again?
Unresponsive
Your app is unresponsive soon as you open it freezes. Every single time. Each update does not fix the bug. I can’t get anything from the app
No scan to pay option
My iphone’s scan to pay option disappeared after the last update. With the health saver debit cards not working anymore, there is no way to pay for basic meds at a clicks or dischem
Admissions Request
No ability to part save entries whilst working through the app process. As always, the confusion between diagnosis, procedure, ICD10 and tariff codes means the app is left open whilst chasing relevant codes and their correct configuration. This should be standardised to help any patient complete effectively.
Nonsense app
As soons as you click anything on the app, it freezes and exits. Useless, this thing only collects your personal information.
Poor App performance
I’ve been using safe days for 5+ years on various versions of the App in the past and this last 6-12 months have been the worst App performance ever. I have had several months where no safe days recorded the whole month. Logged multiple support tickets with Momentum, some go completely unanswered. Sometimes when the App updates the locations settings stop working and the only way to fix it is to delete the App completely and reinstall it but then I’ve lost on a whole months’ safe days. During April 2025 no days were recorded for the whole month despite the App popping up with a notification when I start driving that it is recording. I am fed up and now don’t even bother trying to get the App working properly. It glitches and crashes all the time. What is the point of having a benefit with Momentum when their App doesn’t work and record properly.
Investment portal lacking
Although the app provides very basic info on your investment, I would like to see historical info and graphs to track investment growth visually

This app is only responding the first 5seconds then it hangs.
Been dropping the ball the last few years
Lots of changes to platforms and services, bad UI, lots of things not working properly, no warnings of loss of multiply benefits or status, too many login pages for every different department, no desktop app (only phone app), but some things only work on desktop and not phone…
App broken
Having to use the app almost daily for multiply to scan my finger can get a bit tedious. This past week I had to do it 6 times to get the weekly goal. Sunday the app was not working and today the app crashes constantly when trying to do the fingerprint scan or even send a message to Momentum. It’s a bit of an issue when people are required to login to keep getting weekly rewards.
Panic failed testing phase
I just installed the App now and when testing /commissioning the panic button. Nothing worked. Just imagining now I was in danger and hoped for it to work and nothing. Ha!!
Poor app
Very avarage app
Inconsistent!
Communication is very poor with Multiply and Momentum for that matter. I am continually making inquiries and receiving no response. Also, I just put in the correct password as always, once and have been told that I have been blocked because of 3 incorrect tries. Not the case. And, I usually have to repeat the log in as the first time doesn’t work.
Health4me issue
Not sure if you are doing away with health4me or what is really happening, the app is not user friendly for people in that product, the website also doesn’t show us the card with membership number anymore, now everything is gone. I have been browsing for hours on internet to see if there is a special link for the product, still couldn’t get it and now the last thing to opt for is calling I wish the 2022 app version was still there, this update ruined everything precious we had and makes it more difficult to access the product.
Need to make changes
Too complicated, the rules change from week to week. Steps I have done are not always registered. The refresh or whatever it needs to be done before 8am, HOW when one is either rushing around or as a retired person don’t get up before 8am. Am actually thinking of cancelling completely as it is not cost effective.
Update and availabiltiy
Can you arrange for the update to be available through other locations/stores eg UK, US. I use the uk store and had downloaded the app. With this update my app wont update I suspect due to the store. Cant track my safe days and safety score online only through the app.
Can only view balance
What is the point of this app? To only view balance? I was expecting it to have features available on their website but I was wrong.

Worse App ever
What a useless app, I can’t log in despite using correct credentials, then when I try to use the forgot password option to reset, guess what happens, nothing.
