The is not user friendly, you can’t access it because you keep waiting for the otp and when you click resend nothing happens. Calling the helpline is also a nightmare, waiting for 45mins then you don’t get help.

I dont see all my retirement policies. Only the one.

I am unable to view both my personal and company investment information. Sanlam does not register you under your id number but rather under your surname. Its rather ridiculous because even if you get married your if number never changes.
