Auto & General Insurance is a rip-off, don’t even consider Auto&General insurance —unethical and unprofessional. They demand prompt payment but delay claims, and send texts instead of call recordings. I’ll never recommend them. Auto & General needs to be cancelled by all!
Convenient App
This App is my one stop shop. I like its simplicity as well as its effectiveness. I am able to update my details as well as easy download of the insurance documents. It is so convenient and im busy exploring its features and maybe will rate it a 5 star.

Tracking certificate not recognised
I uploaded my tracking device certificate on your app it with the help of consultant but it never updated the system now my premium went up due to outstanding proof of tracking unit

Highly unsatisfied with how my claim has been handled,it has been two weeks since my claim was approved but I am still waiting for the designated body shop provided by the insurance to contact me with regards to repairing my car. I have followed up with the repair shop and they keep tell me they will be in touch. I have also explained that it is not comfortable driving the car as the damaged part of the bumper is touching the floor. I have claimed before with another insurance and their response was way swifter than you guys and your partners. Also once the claim is approved, I think it should be the insurance’s responsibility to ensure that their customers are assisted accordingly till the end. No one is doing anyone a favour, I’ve been paying my premiums and would expect to have a peace of mind when such unfortunate circumstances arise.
