Poor design
Quite surprised by this app - as much as it offers you the option to ‘change’ certain details, the one (I would think ‘obvious’?!) feature should allow the policy holder the option to remove an insured asset from the policy but alas…..
Simple
Taking insurance was quick, digital inspection was super easy. I hope the claiming part is also the same.
Customer requirements
Please add the ability to view the details of the last five years claims, not just the claim number. The claim number is not helpful to the customer. This app needs to be customer friendly.

Quick and easy service with friendly, professional staff. The whole process was smooth, and they were helpful every step of the way. I also saved a lot of money, which made the experience even better. Great customer service—highly recommended!
Identity issues
App gives someone else’s name when I log in. Turns out someone else opened a policy with my ID. Shocking that OUTsurance let this happen.

The app is good, signup seamless. But can we add new policies or extras without it being a callback?
