Not easy to use
I am totally confused. It’s not syncing up with my watch. It’s just all around miserable right at the moment thank you.

Not sure what I paid for because it doesn't do anything! ???
Love it
Great
Problematic
The original app was way better to use
Scan
This app is Not needed. Confusing to people because Fitbit users must switch to Google Health.
Has finally synced, but has no icons to do anything else such as show data
I already pay Apple to use Apple health and now I have to pay Google to use Apple health? Really irritated.

Glitch
Love it but… every time Apple does a iPhone update the bridge between this app and Fitbit is severed for days and I gain weight. Not ok. It’s one the other or both
Can’t find
How do I get to results etc.
Fit
Ok
no longer working
Have been using for years- stopped working as of September 4th - getting error message.
Hate It
Loved the old Fit Bit. Thus change us terrible. If I wanted complex I would have bought a smart watch.
My time on the Fitbit isn’t syncing
How do I sync it
Error syncing Fitbit sleep data
Every day since the purchase, I had to delete the Fitbit sleep data to get this app to sync.
Auto syncing
I bought the app beginning of this year. One reason I did was to get it to auto sync without me having to do it manually every few hours. About a few weeks ago it stopped auto sync. I feel like that was the only reason I spent 60 -70 bucks on the app. Now I feel like I wasted my money. There is no directions on trouble shooting this is so either anywhere online that I could find. I don't write reviews and this is my first. I don't want someone wasting money of they don't have too. New update 2/8/2023 they are trying to charge me for another lifetime charge when I've already purchased it. This is such a horrible app
It is sooo badddd never use this thing again
Hhehhefg
Fraud
This app double charged me for a service I never once’s used and they refuse to refund my money. Don’t use this fraudulent app!
Cannot see my steps in Fitbit app
I cannot see my steps in Fitbit app & have tried all the fixes & there is no number to call for help with the app I have played around with the app signing out & than back in. It is working great now!
Not worth it
Overhyped overvalued underwhelmed way too hard to set up three days, and it still will not work going back to get cheap simple one they’re more concerned about the data
Where do I set the time and date?????
I cannot find where to set the time and date on the Fitbit. Yes, I have looked in the FAQ’s. They tell me nothing. I the instructions that came with the stupid thing don’t say. Or if they do, I don’t have a magnifier big enough to read them. I don’t know why it is so hard to provide simple instructions for people to follow.
Does not work
App does not work. You also can’t tell which source to use if they have the same name, even renaming a source does not update in the app.
Will not sync to my fit bit.
Will bot sync to my fit bit. I cannot get ahold of customer support. I waste of 60 dollars.
No Data Loss from Apple Watch to Fitbit
This app is amazing as it allows me to still import my steps data to The Fitbit App even when I record the steps on my Apple Watch. For this to work you need Mobile Track enabled and it’s recommended to disable the Fitbit app from using the Motion and Fitness settings so the data doesn’t get over written. The only bad thing with this app is the cost for adding the other data and removing ads.
Poorly designed
Unfortunately, there's a lot of potential here that goes squandered. The usability design is non-existent, with no free trial, higher prices than advertised when you go to checkout, errors out of the gate with syncing, last synced dates not appearing for data sources no matter how many times you sync, and automatic syncing not happening at all. When it works, it's great, but you're basically rolling dice on when it decides to behave. The developer really needs to put in more effort with this app as it's not worth the price right now.
Too complicated setup!!
Make it simpler !

Overwrites Fitbit data
This is Fitbit’s decision, but when you do a sync it overrides the Fitbit data and I wish I would have known that before I did the sync. I’ve now lost a month of Fitbit data :( There’s no clear warning or asking if you’re sure you want to do this, etc. Obviously most people don’t have their phone on them as much as their Fitbit tracker, so you’re potentially losing thousands of steps. I’m super bummed because the syncing function otherwise works great, but without the Fitbit data taking priority, it’s not useful.
Wasted money
Lost steps and km from today. Only went back 1 month. Waste of money.
A transfer app!
I saw synchronise and wrongly assumed it would sync my data between Fitbit and Apple health. Grave mistake as transferred and wiped data! Really upset me so I advise this shouldn’t have synchronise in the name and instead have transfer in the name. Same applies to the other app also.
Excellent Customer Setvice
I had an issue with the lady update. I could not update my Fitbit from Healthmate/Apple Health. Contacted Support and within 24 Hours there was a new update available that solved the issue c and a personal response to my contact. Excellent customer service in today’s environment.
Frustrated
It will not sync
Does not work that well
But something better than nothing
Not worth the money
The only thing to sync is the calories.
Bundle Purchase
I purchased the bundle for Fitbit. And now I noticed that it is free now. I had to reinstall the app and now I don’t have the PRO version. I was wondering what I can do?
Easy to sync Iwatch to Fitbit
This app provides a quick and easy way to sync the Iwatch to your Fitbit account. Very good and responsive support. Highly recommended.
Review
I don’t like display function and not user friendly.
Almost perfect
But why does it only sync steps and weight? Yet the sister app syncs everything to apple health. If this would sync sleep and exercise, I'd be very happy!
sync issues
Sorry but your app doesn’t work well.
Ok but disappointed
What is backfetching ? Please include steps on how I can do this. I was really hopeful this app would be the fix of having an Apple Watch but really missing the Fitbit. I wanted to mesh the 2 together. For the most part it has worked well which makes me extremely happy. The only down fall is that I have to go in and manually sync from the myfitness sync app to the Fitbit...I was hoping this would happen on it’s own.
