Why are they charging to see your steps on the app?
It used to be easy to pull up the app. See your steps check them for the month and now they want to charge you ridiculous! Apple Watch does not do that. Fitbit can do better.

This is an amazing tool.

Hacked! It will start charging your accounts!! Do not put this app on your iPhone. First, it will show you you must pay for anything before you actually open it. Beware!

I wear it on a clip on my pants and the Fitbit keeps popping out when doing activities that require you to bend. Was able to find it on a black and white tiled floor with the app.

I need help connecting my Fitbit Luxe
Fitbit tracker
Absolutely pointless
Didn’t work for me
It kept trying to find my TV - which I know where it is! You can’t change with Bluetooth device it looks for so however many times o started it it just kept picking up on my tv. Also even right next to the TV it had a weak signal so it didn’t even do it well. I found my Fitbit on my own and have tried it with my phone in my hand and my Fitbit on my wrist and it couldn’t even find it then so I don’t think it’s worth it.
Watch is not working well
The time is 3 minutes later. How do I fix it? I think it in not working well. It is only 1 year old. When I was in Rome I was impossible to change the time .

It’s alright
I lost my Fitbit in my house so I was walking around trying to find it. But it latched on to one of my family members one. When I walked up to them the graph was green. So it does work but only if your the one with a Fitbit around. The search continues...

I’m over the moon! I love my Fitbit for so many reasons and, it was also a gift from our son and daughter and their partners. So it’s especially important to me. The app took me to my Fitbit. It was somewhere I am sure it would have been difficult to find otherwise. It’s brilliant. Thank you, thank you Find my Fitbit, it works!
Need help
Can’t set up my fit bit something has gone wrong won’t connect to my phone from my wrist watch gives me the crank Login details don’t work have not changed them
$3 to save $90
Tore my apartment apart looking for my Fitbit and was driving myself crazy. The app did not immediately pick it up and when it did it led me to a corner of my apartment that did not make any sense. I spent 15 minutes walking around before I thought to go outside and discovered that my Fitbit had somehow come off of my wrist when I was setting up lights on my deck. Found my Fitbit in the gutter of my deck. I am sure that I would never have found it.
Charges
I don’t understand why there is a fee now. I never had that before. Will buy a different brand with no added fees
Disappointing
The app was picking up my cat’s collar tracker and not my Fitbit. Finally used a metal detector to find it.
It works!
I first tried using a free Bluetooth signal detector app, which gave me hope. But in the end decided to bite the bullet and pay for the Fitbit Detector app and I have to say it does work. I found my Fitbit Inspire 3 in few minutes.
Deceiving
After downloading the app, it won’t let you move forward until you pay a fee of $9.99.
Not good
My fit bit was right next to my phone and it said that it was no where close
It really does work!!
I got home from shopping and didn’t have my Fitbit on. Thought i might have left it in town. Decided to download this app and it instantly knew what type of Fitbit I had so I was encouraged. I kept walking about the house and I found it in my dressing table upstairs! Thank you
No
This is a dam shame cause you have to pay for service. Never told me that at the beginning of this farce !
