Just started using and seems ok. Just have to get by the trickery trying to get you to purchase “Pro” from the very start. Hopefully won’t get so aggravating I have to delete.
Doesn't work with Google
After purchasing the subscription to get into the app, I found out that it doesn't allow you to log into Google where my Fitbit info is now. It requires a Fitbit login. Though the app may work with a Fitbit log in, I do not know if it works at all. Wish I didn't have to spend money to find this out :(
Didn’t work for what I needed.
My Fitbit steps get synced with Apple Health but then the steps don’t get synced to Withings Health App. Just the steps Apple health counts.
Sync function great Aug 2025
UPDATE 31-Aug-2025. App sync fully working again. Awesome!!! I used to love this App. Worked great with Versa and Versa 4 Fitbit for several years. But as of Aug 2025 sync partially fails, Fitbit not available (200). Reinstall etc no good. I’ll try to contact Dev.
No longer accurate
This app used to work just fine, but now the values it syncs are completely different from what is displayed on the Fitbit itself and in the new Google Health app.
Need uptown to upload my downloaded data
The app works ok. They say it cannot download all data because Fitbit does not allow them to get it, of course they don’t. You should implement a function to upload from my downloaded data file from Fitbit. I will be waiting.
Refund Request
This app does not work for me. I need to sync things pretty quickly as Apple Health feeds into my Dexcom app. I didn’t realize this only automatically syncs once or twice a day, and having to manually sync it all day isn’t cutting it. It’s easier for me to use my Apple Watch and accept I’m not getting quite as many data points (though I’m upgrading the watch so maybe that will change). I did the yearly purchase because I figured that was the better deal, but there is no way I can find a way to get a refund, full or partial. I’ve only been using it a week or two and there was no option for a free trial. There is no way to contact the developer other than here, so I hope they’ll help.
Not Syncing Properly
I paid for this app to sync between by Fitbit Versa 2 & Apple Health but it’s not picking up all the steps each day? Needs sorting & why have you no support for errors on FAQ?

Good app - can be better
Is this still actively supported and developed? Wondering when sleep analysis stages (REM, Deep, Light, Restless) and RHR (resting heart rate) will be synced? I’m seeing other apps doing this and I’d rather not go seek a new app, I’ve been a SyncSolver user for years. Please update!
Doesn’t sync all data
This is $60 to only sync steps, and not even correctly. Rip off, Apple does not allow any other data to be written (heart rate, workouts etc). Maybe it worked at one time but it does not in 2024

Seems solid. $5 for continuous sync!
Only question is how far back does it sync? It seems like it only synced my steps going back to 2021 whereas I have Fitbit data going back to like 2014.
Save your $$! App does not work and has zero support to correct bugs
The title says it all. I was forced to pay $9.99 for an app that does not work. Every time i try to sync my fitbit to apple health i get an error code. Further, there is no point of contact for support to correct the issue. Your only recourse is to report the bug to apple themselves. Save your money. This app is a scam.
Development feedback
Since there’s no dev feedback mechanism in there app I’ll add my request here and hope that someone reads it. Please can you move the ‘Logout’ link away from the top left corner of screen (a place that is universally / habitually reserved for the back button). There’s no reason why the logout button needs to be so prominent in this application.
Does NOT sync all data
Very frustrated that it does not sync heart rate... It clearly does not sync all data from Fitbit like it claims.. I have been scammed.
Does what it says
Only short coming is the lack of hear rate records. But overall it does what it says. A bit expensive in my opinion for an app that cross syncs but Its a solution.
Simple and does one thing
Exactly what I needed to move historical data over from Fitbit after switching to an Apple Watch. Also keeps my weight metrics synched from my Aria scale. Only wish it was able to sync more than two years worth of historical data.
App does not work
The url to sign in to Fitbit at Fitbit.com returns a 403 forbidden error. The website address to login into the Fitbit account has changed and needs to be updated on your app. Until this change is made the app simply does not work.
Would love it to auto-sync but . . .
That's the only gripe I have with it. Although it does seem to get stuck on active calories at the end of the sync - however the information does get across to the health app - so maybe it just doesn't get a confirmation that it's done? I've had this app since the original beta version and have not ever had a real problem with it - get that auto syncing fixed and I'll update to 5 stars.
No Auto-Sync
It does it’s job, but you have to manually sync each time. I paid for the app and it still won’t auto-sync, so I’m disappointed.
Heart rate sync still missing
Bought this to sync the heart rate. Then realised that feature isnt implemented yet 😳
Don’t pay for subscriptions in other apps!
Paying for a monthly subscription in other apps for this sort of functionality is like buying a shirt and then paying a monthly fee to wear it. This app charges you for the shirt and it’s yours. It doesn’t run from a server, it doesn’t store your data anywhere, there is no cost whatsoever to the developer after it’s installed, so why would a subscription be required? I’m happy to pay 5 quid for a simple bit of functionality that works well and saves me time. Pay once and use THIS app, don’t pay £5 a month elsewhere to get your own data.

great app but seem to stop working if u use ios.13.6
ive been using this app for a while and its worked very well,i sync 3 hours before updated my phone to ios 13.6 for my iphone 6s ( i was on 13.5 had no problems) so i just gone to sync " Safari cannot open the page because the address is invalid." so now i cant get my watch data to sync ( i'm switching from fit bit and this program is need to keep all my data together until i get my new watch

Does what it says - Request HR sync
As per the title, does exactly what it says it does. Would greatly appreciate sync of the HR data in a future release to make the most of my Fitbit Charge HR.
Creates thousands of useless data points
This used to be an innovative app. Sadly it seems development stalled some years ago. I just tried to use it to sync weight on my Aria 2 scale to Apple HealthKit. Based on only one weight measurement, this created thousands of data points, stretching back years, with a fake “interpolated” weight measurement for every day of the last several years. Now I have to somehow delete them all, manually. Uninstalling this app immediately to prevent this happening again - much easier to just do it manually.
Unable to finish sync, Fitbit unavailable
Okay app, however it does sync in the background and when I manually sync all I get is “unable to finish sync, Fitbit unavailable, try again later (500)”

Fitbit heart rate sync permission
It looks like Fitbit now allows heart rate to be synced with external third party apps .. I noticed this when trying to grant permission access for this app .. Msg to develop , please include the heart rate sync to HealthKit
Already paid for
I’ve been using this app for years and only to transfer my Fitbit scale weight to my Apple health. Out of the blue it now wants me to pay again for an extremely expensive annual fee to go Pro and the original app that I ALREADY PAID FOR no longer works. Disappointed but NO thanks.

Had sync issue few times since I purchased the app...the support says its Fitbit has a bug ... Still waiting for the issue to be fixed.....
