New
Perfecto
Only syncs steps unless you upgrade to pro and pay even more!!!
Not good only syncs steps unless you upgrade to pro for a hefty monthly fee
Software update
My iPhone updated the iOS and I was locked out of my Fitbit tracking and information
It doesn’t scan automatically!
The most annoying part of this app is if you don’t remember to manually hit scan on the app every day then it will not transfer the information to Health app!
Decent but issue syncing
If you try to sync anything other than one day, it says there is an error.
My Fitbit
Great little watch.Loveto walk and take note of my daily steps.Encourages me to get out and walk.
First time use
I was asked to rate before using or right after first log in. I am assuming design flaw
I just want peace of mind heart rate I’m 95 so I’m not doing that much exercises
The time date get rid of this swimming thing
Doesn't work with Google
After purchasing the subscription to get into the app, I found out that it doesn't allow you to log into Google where my Fitbit info is now. It requires a Fitbit login. Though the app may work with a Fitbit log in, I do not know if it works at all. Wish I didn't have to spend money to find this out :(
No free trial
After installing this app I was presented with the option to purchase. I was not able to proceed with a data sync without purchasing. It’s rated well so I purchased it. When I went to specify the data that I wanted to sync I was unable to proceed without giving the app read and write access to all of the data in HealthKit. I don’t want to allow permissions to read and write all data. I’m hoping for a refund. I will be more cautious in the future installing any app that doesn’t have a specified free trial period.
My platform moved to google.
Can’t see data. Where is the page that gives me my “numbers”? 👎
This sucks
See above
Does not work
App doesn’t sync and instructions are not helpful. Don’t waste your money on this one like I did.
No auto sync and workouts are wrong
Some stuff is ported nicely but you basically have to agree to the year subscription and then you don’t even get auto sync and the workouts aren’t ported properly - I had 3 treadmill sessions but only one was transferred? Also sleep isn’t synced! Hopefully some updates to fix this 🤞🏼
Great for inspire
Very helpful
better options available now
this app only will reliably sync back about 1 month. there are better options now - prob don’t even need it with the changes google has made to fitbit.
Very frustrating app
Downloaded the app yesterday and set up subscription to pay. Everything worked ok. Today when I tried to sync it said I wasn’t authorised and had to log in. Seems reasonable but nowhere on the app to log in? I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app but still having issues. Seriously unimpressed, especially if I have to do this every day!
Works well for a fee
I’ve recently moved to Apple Watch and needed to move my 9.5 years’ heart/sleep/etc data over to the health app, so that it could be accessed by the Apple Watch compatible apps. This app worked well, but only after you’ve paid the $30 annual subscription. Within 20 minutes, most of my health data had been ingested into the health app. The rest of it has appeared overnight. For me: having access to this health data in a continuous report via one app was worth the $30 fee. Now that all the data has come across, I will cancel the subscription.
Kinda sucks…
You can only sync steps without paying. That’s already offered in the base app for free. All the other things that I wanted to sync, I have to pay for. No way to sync more than a day for free either.
Niggles
Sleep data doesn’t come through with the analysis - and absolutely no way to contact support. Website of hdidi.co.uk has no contact links. If knew this would certainly NOT have subscribed.
Wow
Wow this app sucks
Requires purchase
Requires purchase to work and assaults you to review the app before that’s made clear. Don’t trust the good reviews.
Fitness app
A****** fantastic app works a treat and highly recommend To anyone looking for an up to date fitness tracker
Paywall!!! Only steps syncs freely.
Paywall!!! Only steps syncs freely.
Doesn’t work
Read the other comments, this app is dead but will still happily collect your money.
App won’t sync
I’ve tried every suggested way to get this app to sync my Fitbit to my health app with no success. Don’t waste your money.
App Doesn’t Work
This app worked for maybe 3 days (during the trial period) and no longer syncs any of my data. I’ve paid the $20 and now it is completely worthless. I’ve followed all of the tips and tricks to no avail. It’s also super sketchy that you can’t contact anyone from the development company.
