Worth it
I was worried I was wasting money, Gemini explained that bridge apps are necessary for fitbit to work continuously with something like Pokemon Go. This app seems to work very well & delivers as promised.
Not syncing
The app says it’s syncing all the time and it’s not. I have to manually update my steps from my watch at least three times per day.
👍
This App is great but really wish Fitbit still had their own app! But still 5 out of 5!
Mid app ngl
All you can really do is just sync. But it doesn’t work like what could it be syncing to? Someone tell me please.
Works well but paying for it hasn’t been worth it
It works perfectly to manually sync, but I paid the $15 and it only auto syncs at 2am and 2pm. I am happy to support developers that make helpful tools, but the paid version promotion was very misleading. You still going to have to do the manual sync throughout the day to stay on top of your steps. Please update the app so that it syncs frequently throughout the day, I would suggest at least once an hour. One sync sometimes at 2 PM and one sync in the middle of the night is not “auto sync”ing. Additionally, it continues to prompt the user to pay for the app even after they already have.
Great App
This is my favorite app to help me in my health goals. I highly recommend it !! I use the Fitbit Aria scale.
Does not work.
This app sucks
Glad you are back! 🎉
I rely on Power Sync and am very relieved to see the app back up and running again. Thank you!
Power Sync stopped working
I got the Power Sync App so it would autosync my Fitbit to my Health App. It's not something I check frequently I just assume it's working. I just noticed it hasn't synced in a long time (maybe since Google Health took over my Fitbit App?) and I was never notified. I have been paying $1.99 per month for this feature. So I am cancelling.
Syncing Issues
I’m noticing that my steps are not syncing accurately across the Apps as it’s supposed to do. I have been trying for two days to go through permissions, background refresh, settings, etc. and they are still not working properly.
Great!! Only one bug
The only bug I’ve found is it kept logging a weight (that I had not input) every day when I would sync - I had to disconnect that connection only from my apple health. Otherwise it works beautifully!
Pay to play??
Having to pay to use another health service is absolutely ridiculous.
Arethasoul
Sometimes a bit tricky but 9/10 score
Brings in false data
Weight imports a number for 11pm each day that is not accurate. Creates false history going back months. Does not reliably import hydration data from Google Health. Not happy with the syncing issues.
Not the actual steps
It does not add the actual daily steps, not sync accordingly
Love it
Works great syncing my FitBit stats to my Apple Health!
FitBit is not syncing!
This app is not syncing to my FitBit watch!
Good little app
I do love this app but it doesn’t sync my steps properly everyday and I’m sometimes a few thousand off what I’ve actually achieved
Definitely not syncing
Either manually or automatically. Really disappointed in the app.
meh
sometimes it works but i have to sync my fit bit and it either gives me too much which i dont mind or it gives me way too little like i have 16k step rn and it only synced 2k
Review
Free to use and only takes a few seconds to sync
Why
Why do I even need this app it’s pointless and then they want you to pay for what so they can share you data I hate iPhone
Works great
Easily sinks google Fitbit data with Apple health. I would like it to stop asking me to do a review all the time though.
I don’t think this is a Fitbit app
Could not figure out how to set up an account. So could not use.
Heart Rate Syncing Not Working
It advertises heart rate as option for syncing but they don’t do it in the app. Doesn’t read or write heart rate syncing.
Awesome product!
This helps keep all my data synced so I can track my progress easily! Great product!
Is it really syncing?
Every day I do a manual synch just to make sure my information is transferring to Apple health and google health. Every day for the last 4 days the info from my fitbit says I slept an hour or two which I know is wrong. I miss the Fitbit app!
Does what you need
The app does sync your data. Just be careful that it can duplicate your data. Your step count for example.
Autosync very infrequent
Paid for autosync but it’s a complete waste of money. Autosync seems to only work if data was synced >6 hours ago, so most of the time it isn’t auto syncing and I am doing it manually anyway, despite paying. There is no explanation on this before paying. But I want my data to be synced maybe every hour. I don’t understand where the 6h limit came from and I think it’s very cheeky to not say this before you sign up for autosync. The sync itself works well but don’t recommend paying.
Fitbit
I liked the old app better because I could see my results on the phone
Does the job
Works best. No issues in syncing data.
Does not auto-sync
I’ve reached out to the app with no response.. and I paid for the $15 lifetime charge but I have to manually sync it every day.
Works for what I need
I’ve never had issues with this app(fingers crossed and knock on wood) and it has always been accurate in syncing with my other app.
Mary
It’s not syncing but doubling up. So if your Fitbit has 8000 steps and your phone only recorded 4000 of those. Syncing makes it 12000 Steps!
Works much better now not as glitchy
I don’t have plan to cancel now
Finally able to Sync Fitbit to Apple Health
For those that love the Fitbit but also want certain features of the Apple Health App because you have an iPhone, this APP is for you! I paid for the one-time lifetime charge and now all my data sync several times a day. Perfect for my needs!
Not helpful
Since I have an apple phone I can’t get the information I need about my sleep
Does the job but annoying to use
It does sync Apple health and Fitbit so that’s great BUT constantly logs you out so auto syncing doesn’t work and multiple times a day you have to go through signing back in so you can manually sync. A very clunky and annoying app to use
Often doesn’t work!
Many times I notice my fitbit says more activity than my Apple health app, regardless of how many times I sync them. This is the only job this app has to do, so it would be helpful if it would sync accurately!
Great fix to get my FitBit activity logged in my Apple Health app
Great fix to get my FitBit activity logged in my Apple Health app! Quick and easy! Thank you!
Worked until it didn’t
Worked great. Then in May 2025 it just stopped syncing. I purchased the sync for life option. Now. Worthless.
It works
Very helpful
No longer works
I’ve used this app for years, but like others have said it’s not worked since August 2025. Shame as it was great when it worked!
Must pay for auto sync
This app would be so much better if it were free.
Like it!
Great app! Keeps me in target.

Appreciate the update 👍
It used to work well
Since September 2025 it has stopped working. It used to work very well but now without any further notice it’s just stopped. Shame
Newby
As a new user, when, what time of the day would I expect to see the data “steps” transferred to the health app, I’m guessing 11.59 pm ??
