Unable To Remove Acc
I requested to have my account removed from the app as I no longer use their service but there’s no way to do that. Dodgy af!
Good apps
A great and convenient apps. Keep updating the app to fix bug. Thanks to duplication of visitor data, I no need to key same info for regular visitors. But I hope to have a more fancy QR design when sharing QR code 😃
Poor UX
The user experience is poor. No dark mode. No way to adjust text size. Could be so much better and friendier.
Multi entry visitors
Can you please enable long term visitors - not only 5 nights. Let users pick the date within a year, because residents have contractors for renovation, confinement aunties, regular visitors, that come beyond 5 nights.

This app is good for key collection. Can see the slots and make booking directly. Can submit defect also

Day and night difference after the latest update. It’s SOOO much smoother now.
Phone gets hot each time using
Just newly installed and use few time, but the phone gets so hot until worrying it will damage my phone battery. Have to keep quitting it when ever the heat gets worse.
Apple Pay Unresponsive
The Quick Pay button using Apple Pay is no longer working — it’s unclickable and there’s no option to pay by credit card. I’m trying to pay from overseas and have no way to complete the payment. Please fix Apple Pay or restore a credit card/alternative checkout option. This is blocking international users.
Very satisfied
My condo has recently implemented this new app and is so much better than previous apps we used. More smooth and user friendly.

Apps dah oke dah.boleh bayar bill ape semua tapi yang tak best nye bahagian visitor t langsung xboleh pakai. Security pun x pakai apps untuk register visitor yg masuk kawasan residen. Lagi satu untuk owner invite visitor dlm apps pun x fungtion .owner masih kena datang office bukak form untuk owner invite visitor. Buat apps untuk memudahkan keje resident. Tapi xberapa memudahkan pada saya.sekian

Worst app. slowest support team worst customer service from management even in ws group. Slow response to problems
Unable to login
Suddenly with the new update, I’m locked out of my account and it keeps reading ‘Invalid account type’ but when i verify my email, it shows it’s been registered to my unit already. So how exactly am I supposed to access it???
Please fix bugs
The app really helps me to connect with the management office and get all the info. Please help to fix this app whereby when I try to attach a document it keep crashing. This really cause a lot of problem.

Very good community app for residents and tenants. They are keep improving hope to see more feature to benefits us.
Unable to log in
I’m suddenly locked out of my account and it keeps showing ‘invalid account type’ when i try to log in. And when i verify my email, it shows i’ve been registered to unit already. Also tried to reset password but still can’t log in to my account.
Not happy
Lots of residents not happy with latest update as we had to login again plus all notices marked as not read plus all feedback tickets cleared.
Lacks features
It has so little features the app could use a bit more features. Such as a way to make deposits on the app it self with bank in or e wallet . It could also use some redesign on the way you log in or add secondary users its quite difficult as the opt doesn’t even arrive sometimes
Super convenient
A very good app for owner like me. Able to make maintenance payment and utility bills through app. Do not have to go to the management office anymore. Thank you for developing this good app.

Can’t upload pdf and the app keep clashing.

Keeps crashing
This app needs work!! Blank state and crashing all the time on my iphone max 14 and Im on my latest ios so definitely not my phone’s problem. How do I even use this to pay for my apartment when I can’t even use it? Please fix it! Thank you
