At this day and age for a payment related app, theres no biometric authentication method, is absolutely unacceptable
Additional car registration
Current app can only register a maximum of 2 cars, please consider many household have more than 2 cars. Please increase number of of cars that can be registered under one account. Thank you.
More improvements required
Here are some opportunities for improvement: 1. Please add biometric authentication such as Face ID or fingerprint login. Repeatedly entering a PIN for top ups and payments becomes tedious and slows down the experience. 2. Improve the app’s backend performance and connectivity. Top ups and payments currently take around 40 to 60 seconds to complete. This creates an awkward situation at the counter, especially when there is a queue and the transaction is still loading. 3. Improve mobile network coverage inside the mall, especially around stores like POP MART. I am using Celcom, and at the payment counter I cannot even load the app. I have to walk out of the shop to get a signal, then walk back in to scan the QR code, then walk out again to complete the payment, and finally return to show confirmation. This is extremely inconvenient and disrupts the entire checkout process. You are actively encouraging shoppers to rely on this super app and have even migrated essential services like parking into it, but the supporting network infrastructure does not seem capable of handling the demand. This makes the overall experience exhausting instead of convenient, which defeats the purpose of having an integrated app in the first place.
Needs improvement
Need to install Face ID and a digital version of the card (that can be stored in Apple wallet, etc), so people do not need to carry the actual card!

Unable to topup parking credits
We prefer cashless and to perform everything in the app. Cant seem to topup parking credits.
Lousiest Shopping App
This app always log you out for no apparent reason. So inconvenient for user, have to keep going back to Customer Service counter and fill up form to dispute on receipt for points collection. Your app really sucks, please spend some money to improve the apps before launching it out for users. Same goes with your parking system, so inconvenient that you can’t pay when you exit. Sunway on the other hand have way better system and user experience when it comes to shopping apps and parking system. Please learn from the best.

Very nice but unablento fpx top up. Keep saying enter email address but i have already enter!
Poor implementation
Hate the app because I was coerced to download it to get out of the parking lot or find a parking again to pay by the machine. The app asked for consent but you’re coerced to consent…why even bother asking for consent then? I’m a member but it’s like I’m punished instead.
Badminton court booking
App says can use for racquet court booking but it’s still not functioning. While its so hassle to call front office for such a simple booking procedure :(
Top up not reflected
Good thing I topped up very small amount . That didn’t show on the balance immediately ! Imagine caught at the carpark with this rubbish !So this is def not a super app but a super dud. Nonsensical run around on this app. Naming it a super app is erroneous! If there’s a zero, I would have given it that rating
Problematic
Frequent enforce update and slow top up process. After topping up, it takes a while for their back end system to the update the actual balance.
Useless for tourist
This app should bereported tk MCMC. Need IC just to regoster and rm10/year. Useless for tourist.
Reload and topup
Topup at parking credit min RM10, then how do I do to the rest of those money? And the system are too slow to synchronise to the entry parking machine, after topup and still want to wait for updated only can let me scan the card… why don’t just use TNG???
Cannot log in
After reinstall and install app , switch on and off phone, still cannot log in and kept getting this message “Unable to connect” “timeout”.
Map function is close to useless
It takes ages for the map to load, you really need to fix this.

Pressing the category button does nothing.

So you’re forcing a minimum RM10 top-up now? What about people who don’t even visit your mall five times a year—are they not worthy of stepping in? If we’re not 1U members, should we just take the hint and get out? Maybe just put up a sign at the entrance: “Non-members, please go to another mall.”
Troublesome log in
Every time log in, have to type one utama card number, phone number , pin number and otp.. Very troublesome and multiple steps to log in the account.. This is over safe and too much step, cant make it more simple?
