Not Friendly User Apps
Not 1st time but everytime when I go in to store , the APPS show offline and I can’t get scan for the privileges, the cashier always show helpless to me , kindly give the solution to upgrade the APPS

Phone number error
I can’t fill out my whole phone number, because it will state “invalid phone number”. I’m ONE number away to fill out my phone number at the registration

Can’t renew using app
I try to renew subscription thru app several times. When it comes to payment, there are 2 options but none seems working to me. 1. Using visa/master, the app asked me to login while i already logged to my account 2. Using fpx, no bank name appear in the drop down menu. Not sure if this happened to me only or to others too.

Having an app just to broadcast info is redundant
There’s no need to make an app just to post info and entice people to keep the app with perks. I disagree with the companies that do this, taking up storage space when we could follow your social media for info. Maybe if we could shop on your app I’d understand.
What is the point
Thought downloading the app would make it easier to browse for books but apparently there is no such functions so I wonder what is actually the point of this app. You also have to make a separate account for the app you cannot use the same one that you use on their website which is weird and unnecessary
Good part and Improve part
Recently I have buy two books from popular my website . Today I have received the books , its faster . And the book cover with cardboard very nice and safe . I like it . If have one part need improve is website and app its abit hard to use and some bug. Others is I have popular card membership but dun know how to sign in too . Overall I love popular my . And I believe improve this part , will help alots. And thanks:) Good Luck
Login error
I can login on the website but unable to login using this app. Why?
Unable to login to apps and use my e-membership
The application is actually malfunction as I cannot log in to the apps. It directs me to the website for popular online store which is redundant. If the apps going to use website it would be easy for me to use the website to purchase instead of using the apps. And one thing to improve, please show the linked membership card (the one with the barcode) in the webpage instead of just showing in the apps as i was not able to log in to the apps when i want to purchase any book at the store because i only have e-membership. Please provide physical card to members if you cannot ensure the application is going to function well.
Bad app
Keeps signing out and causing inconvenience at the counter when there’s a queue behind you. What kind of programming is this? It’s unacceptable!! Make it better!!
Useless app
Always logs out and needs to sign in again. Slow to show code while at the counter and unable to just save an offline version. Is you loyalty program so expensive that you need protection more than a bank account? Constantly signing out users and causing inconvenience. If I can give negative stars, I would.
Slow and not user friendly
Loading is slow on website and not user friendly on linking new card or system auto update information after card renew
