Always out of stock waste your time to wait for the goods and then end up no stock for delivery
As per title, waste your time to wait for delivery status, end up text you out of stock and reply over 2-3 days later after your request. No need to download to surf the shop.

The whole user experience and interface is just laggy , unresponsive and forever on a maintenance mode from 11.45pm onwards till the next morning Overall app is just not up to par to good standards

Can’t register at all
Bad user interface
This app has numerous bugs, particularly when browsing the redeem page. Scrolling for an extended period causes the app to crash. Additionally, the back button functionality needs to be fixed, as pressing it takes you back to the home screen, requiring you to scroll and search for the previously viewed item again. Overall, the user interface is very poor and needs significant improvement for a smoother experience.

Suddenly closed the apps when scrolling. When select the item cannot touch the back arrow, have to touch many times

Unable to Browse S-Coin Redeem Items App Keeps Crashing
I keep facing an issue where the app closes by itself whenever I scroll through the S-Coin redeem items. It happens many times and makes it hard for me to browse

The worst there is.
This is absolute the worst there is. Registering and when you log in no OTP/ verification code is ever received. You can complain no where and get no one to help you. Guess what I did. I just took my RM8000 and spent it with someone else. It’s useless how you have to struggle to spend your money in this time and day. On their app you cannot even follow up on your orders.
Cannot proceed to payment
why after finish fillup bank detail and go to 3rd party website, it show not exist? i try to checkout many times already but still same.

Login issues
Had been trying to log in for more than a week but keep on getting internal server error. Can’t even contact customer service to complain. I don’t know if anyone from the company will ever read this also.

Quite a useless app
I wanted to find out about their promos as well as an error I’m facing while trying to purchase a new phone... and their support says that after 5.30pm, we can contact them on their app live chat.. I purposely download the app and messaged them but no one has responded to me in the last 30 minutes.... if you’re not going to respond on time, just rename it to live chat and not quick chat.. nothing quick about your chat..

这个senheng真的她妈的烂，刚买第一天电脑，拿回家黑屏什么也做不到就马上找他们的客服电话打了整整机小时没接就是没接好没关系，我看看时间也差不多晚上了可能放工什么好，我明天在打过去早上，中午，晚上，一直打一直打打了三十多次没人接就是没人接，过后找他们OF的电脑也一样打不进，整整二天？什么服务什么态度？一个五千多块MSI电脑？没人接没办法找ipoh的soping的顾客电话才拿到他们的经理电话打前三次又没人接，放弃了，我拿去另一间电脑店的人看能不能开机，解决了黑屏又出现另一个问题，开到机了然后那个手提电脑的下面风扇那边出现（吱吱）声没停过，问（电脑店）店员，他：说他们不能做什么，因为需要拿去之前买手提电脑的店那边了，他们不能做什么，他告诉我们这个电脑一到有问题了！为什么不拿回去换？，我：我告诉他（那个店员）他们顾客电话打不通，也打不进，在加上我们住太平离ipoh也有点远，才拿过来他们这里电脑店查查看什么问题，过不久，senheng经理终于打电话给我们，最好笑的是才刚买一天的手提电脑有问题，叫我们自己拿去MSJ总部去？才一天然后有问题我们一直打一直打了三十多你们客服电话然后还需要我们自己拿去？什么道理？什么loji？完全没有要帮我们顾客处理问题的态度，当天买然后当天回家就发现问题打电话给你们不接？还挂我电话几次？你们senheng就不能解决吗？刚买的一个手提电脑有问题就推卸责任给MSJ手提电脑总部？完全没有心帮我们解决？ 我希望有人看到最好别买senheng这里的电器，电脑，手提电脑，态度极差，好无负责，有问题就推卸责任说不是他们问题，请我们顾客自己本身去处理这个服务态度真的极度的差超级烂，如果senheng你看到的话以为我在踩你们还是什么的话，请你们老板来找我我手上还有证据，我总打了几次电话，我完部都有照片我可以发给你看。 然后希望在ipoh商场买senheng用品的顾客们请你们三思而后行，谢谢🙏
