Interesting but language issue
Istg everybody who complaint abt it not available in other language. This is an app develop by our gov, where the official language and national language is Malay. If you can’t understand the language and complaints abt it, move elsewhere sia.
Language option.
Please include English version. Very hard to navigate around a such important app for citizens.
Hope can update to more iOS version and multi languages
It’s happy to see government got a more multifunction app, but it’s so sad if want to download app have to up to iOS 18, but most of Malaysian may not have a brand new phone. Hope one day more people can use it, and got more languages to choose.
Like the app
I think it’s a great app. The icons are easy to understand and direct so it looks easy to us. The dev just needs to update and upload contents. See lots of potential in the app

Ini adalah komen dan kritikan
1. Jika nak buat aplikasi mudah alih, pastikan kesemua ciri-ciri yang ada dalam aplikasi tersebut boleh digunakan dan lulus ujian semasa pengujian. Jangan letak “akan datang”. Jangan la terus ‘Go live’. Ini menunjukkan sifat tidak sabar, bukan untuk seorang, tetapi seluruh jabatan yang berkaitan. Jangan buat kerja asal boleh. 2. For those reviewer who said need more language than malay. Clearly you’re not malaysian. I said what i said. Bahasa is a national language of malaysia. If you need english to understand the apps better, kindly take back SPM. The apps clearly show the IC, passport, summon etc. It’s simple. Without knowing the whole context of the words, with a few word you can guess which and which. Seriously, take back SPM or make sure you take SPM only for bahasa. If you don’t know what SPM is, clearly you’re not malaysian and i wonder how you get your IC. 3. Terangkan lebih mendalam tentang apa yang boleh dilakukan di aplikasi ini pada ruangan muat turun aplikasi. Jangan jadi pemalas dengan meletakkan hanya rumusan aplikasi. Semua orang nak tahu apa aplikasi ini boleh lakukan. 4. Terakhir, jangan mudah terburu2 dalam melakukan sesuatu. Jangan terus nak ‘go live’, ‘masuk production’ kecuali kesemua ciri2 telah lengkap. Pengguna yang muat turun aplikasi akan tercengang akhirnya kerana aplikasi yang dimuat turun hanya siap separuh jalan.
Amazing App by Gov! 🤩
This app is visually pleasing and incredibly easy to use. I absolutely love the UI/UX design! It packs so much useful information into one place. You can check your IC, digital license, and passport info instantly. It also makes it simple to check for traffic summonses (Saman). The extra features are fantastic too. There is a Petrol Price Chart to track weekly updates, and the Price Catcher feature is great for comparing nearby grocery prices like eggs and chicken. Bonus points for the flawless background radio player and daily Malaysian news! And a quick reminder to critics: instead of complaining about the BM language barrier, take it as an opportunity to learn the official language. Excellent work by the developers! 🙌

Memandangkan ini merupakan aplikasi rasmi kerajaan, saya harap pencapaian digital, (digial accessibility) diberi tumpuan. Saya penguna pembaca skrin di iPhone, (voiceover) langsung tidak boleh menggunakan apl ini.

Log in punya payah guide ape pun takde. Kena pulak download digital id. Dah siap login sign up bagai, pastu tengok rtm live fifa. Pergh error pulak. Bazir masa. Nak cakap senang tkyh harapkan app, gi mamak

Slow, unresponsive and nothing seems to work
The app takes forever to load and unresponsive in terms of loading any IDs, constantly showing "mengemaskini" on saman. Unable to search for PBT to make any form of check. Cannot comprehend on why do we still need to enter our own profile details in-terms of nationality, gender or address? Since all can be populated by JPN? Understand that BM is national language but the lack of other language for support is quite disappointing in Year 2026, moreover coming from Madani government that is promoting unity, even Singapore SingPass support all languages. Really wonder if the app has went through extensive pre-deployment check before releasing for usage. To be frank, still a long way more to have a functional app or to be even competent against SingPass which is a combination of MyDigital ID and MyGov. Spending too much on multiple app instead of focusing on making one that works is quite a showcase of a possible outgoing administration.

Aplikasi ini sangat bagus. Memudahkan urusan saya seharian sebagai seorang rakyat malaysia. Saya bangga dengan aplikasi dan inisiatif dari kerajaan ini. Kekal kan bahasa melayu sahaja sebagai bahasa operasi aplikasi ini. Kerana ini adalah URUSAN KERAJAAN seiring dengan perlembagaan WAJIB GUNA BAHASA MELAYU SAHAJA! Kepada si bodoh yang review 1 bintang: 1. Kau kalau tak faham macam mana nak bernegara, tak nak ikut perlembagaan dan undang-undang. Lebih baik kau berambus dari malaysia. 2. Bahasa Melayu sudah di guna kan sebagai lingua franca di kepulauan melayu seperti semenanjung tanah melayu, sabah sarawak (borneo @ kalimantan) , sumatera , pulau jawa dan hingga ke filipina. Jadi, kamu yang “berlagak tapi bodoh” yang tak suka bahasa kebangsaan sendiri, aku sarankan balik negara asal kau. Tapi aku tau kau tak nak balik, sebab Malaysia aman makmur dan orang buniputera sangat baik.
