[UPDATE] Fixed: Annoying ads pops up in daily check in
[UPDATE] the ads finally gone since 1-2 days ago! Happy! ***************** I used to check in daily to get the rewards points. But today when I tap the “claim rewards” button as usual, it pops up the ads, I forced to watch the ads to claim the rewards which this was not happening before. Even after I updated the app and still the same! Why would you add such thing to your app? Your app ain’t those gaming app though! Annoying…
Most Stupid Apps, ever!
What kind of stupid apps are you creating? It should be called Sunway Stupid App! Why my account details can be changed to someone else name, ic, phone number and email? This is serious security flaws! How can someone change an existing account details at will? Apple please ban this app for life as the developer is creating rudiculous security flaws affecting Apple reputation. Fired all your programmers for allowing such inexcusable mistakes. Shame to Sunway!

App is good, collage life better with this app because its has a shuttle bus that i use everyday, BUT why only 1 bus (its a big minus) and sometimes waiting them more than 1 hour(((((
Great app. Prompt support
Had an issue with the app earlier and was resolved promptly by the team. I’m happy with the app: the daily check in to collect points, the parking payment system, the mall directory, the rewards, and so on. A must have app that complements our trips to any sunway mall
Signup pon susah
Baik xpayah buat app.aku nak report kat Apps store.
poor app
am trying to use the app after sometime, when i tried to reset my login credentials it requires OTP validation. So far it is fine, but the in the OTP prompt i cannot write anything, the app is not able to show the keyboard to type something there. As a result am not able to login. Very poor interface. They need to address this.
So many notifications
Everyday send useless notifications to me..

Great
Good way to access Sunway benefits!
Can’t check in anymore
After updated can’t check in anymore, click button no response, so I’m losing check in streak, please compensate!
Perfect App
Very good and has a lot of benefit and deals to use during shoppings
Disappointing app with poor execution
This app is hardly usable in practice. Almost every time I try to use it at a participating outlet, there’s always an excuse either the manager is out and the staff don't know how to use it, or the outlet hasn't received the device yet. Worse still, the point tracking is unreliable. Points are not updated in real time, and sometimes they aren't keyed in at all. Overall, it provides very little value to users and feels more like a data-collection tool for management than a functional loyalty app.
Excellent app
Very good
Invalid OTP
Can’t even sign up. Invalid OTP even after multiple attempts
