I use this account ONCE. only ONCE and then my sister wanted to use the same because i had points inside. now im at this stupid dobby, it says that my account got suspended so i thought okayla i create new account je lah. All of a sudden it says that my number cannot use because it was linked to my other eamol that has been suspended. It says to email their email instead BUT THE EMAIL IS NOT EXISTEDDDD OMGGGG. IM AT THE DOBBY ALREADYYYYY CANNOT USEE QRRRR CANNOT SCANNN BECAUSE ACCOUNT CANNOT CREATEEEE AND GOT SUSPENDED
Need error detection function
I’ve been using this app for quite some time, and it’s great! However, it would be even better if the app could detect errors from the machine, if when it’s not running properly or displaying an error message. It could save time and money by alerting users when the machine is malfunctioning. Hope for some improvement!
Don’t update
Before update was working fine After that I can’t change the time or proceed for dryer
APPS
Apps dh bagus. Kalau tak bawak / tak ckup cash, bayar pakai apps dh senang. Cuma masalahnya. Baru dryer tk smpai 5 minit tau ii noti naik kata dh completed. Same goes to washer, kata dh completed tapi machine still running. Hope ada pembaikan lah apps ni. Hmmmm
DRYER
The best dryer so far. Washing also excellent. But I just love the dryer
Force to complete profile
Force to complete profile but then I can't input my own email because it's already in use. Yes because I already had a profile with my email. Why tf do I have to input a new one. Now I'm locked out because the stupid interface is in loop.
Notifications
The app keeps showing that I have notifications, but after checking every section, there’s nothing there. It’s frustrating to see the notification badge when no actual alerts exist
App breakdown
The firat load was ok. The second one couldnt read the qr and hanged. Tried another machine but failed. Tried to reinstall but fail too.

Too many excuses from staff whenever want to claim free bag
I got one welcome non-expiry free laundry bag which suddenly become expired, reported to staff, staff reported to Hq, results -> no further actions. Then few months later got multiple times free voucher to claim multisize laundry bag, which staff multiple times said no stock and please get from other branch, which i did, and all other 3 branch i go said the same thing. So before anyone waste their time and money to subscribe the annual premium, think about what I just go through. Maybe its a scam after all. Update after 6 months of usage, trust me, do not subscribe any premium this app has to offer. Honestly it will let you down. I have lost a few monthly vouchers that entitled to me 1-2 days before due expiry date. Not to say other issue with the app yet, that alone enough to make me frustrated alot with this scam company.
E-Voucher already redeem
Dah 2 kali dapat e-voucher zus rm10. Dua-dua kali jugak la bila nak redeem dia kata dah already redeemed. Entah la.
