Wonderful experience
I had a wonderful experience with the carer. She was very attentive and caring to my daughter who not feeling well. I wish I have used this service earlier for my other kids. Highly recommended.
Not user friendly
I am extremely irritated with the Kiddocare app. I tried to book a session for my kids, but the app simply does not function properly. I reached out via WhatsApp multiple times, explained the issue, and even sent screenshots again and again. Yet, their only response was to keep telling me to use the app — the same app that isn’t working. There is absolutely no technical support or effort to resolve the problem. If Kiddocare wants parents to rely on their app, they should make booking sessions easy and provide proper assistance when issues arise. Right now, the experience is frustrating, unhelpful, and disappointing.
Still no notification settings
I use Kiddocare almost daily and it has been a life saver BUT please put notification settings in the app! 1. Booking notifications: If I make multiple bookings, I get the SAME ‘Please be patient’ notifications repeatedly. Even in the middle of the night. 2. Promotions: Customers should have the option to disable promotional notifications. It’s 2026 already. Thank you for the wonderful app but please keep improving!

Experience in baby sitting
Overall the app is nice. But the baby sitting rate is high. Initially, I was not told about the rate during booking. The hourly rate pop up when the app matching babysitter to me (scheduling session). In my case, RM160 per hour. Very expensive. Probably is because of last minute order (request for tomorrow and Friday).

Price
I used to be able to see the price before booking, but now you have to complete the booking first just to know the rate. There are also too many new conditions added. It’s quite inconvenient compared to before.
Great service but horrible app
App crashes constantly and needs basic bug fixes throughout. E.g. crashing when paying, logging out as soon as the app is shut down

Highly recommend! Staff was very efficient with every task and handled both of my kids with so much patience, gentleness, and care. She kept them engaged with activities, managed everything smoothly, and made them feel comfortable throughout the session.
