Quick response and easy to find the property
Dark mode
Removed dark mode after the newest update. App is bad
安い
会社が紹介する現地の不動産会社より安い物件色々探せます。
Rental house
I still can't find rental house for my bajet
Transaction Data Removed?
In the latest app update, the past transaction data has been removed - which was a very important feature of the app.
Useful and amazing app
It's really good and best app that you can use it's easy and quick and simple. I like it so much
Unprofessional Agent
Mostly the agent don’t to reply and some of the unit are rented out already. Look like this app is not helping people to find the house for rent and it is so frustrating👎
Good APP
👍👍👍
Annoying ads
That keeps popping as I scroll through listing as its too big. Ux down the drain.
A lot of fake / inaccurate listing
The app should have the feature to report fake or inaccurate listing. Came across many listings, approached the agent only to get reply that they are selling other units or apartments - but with photos and information as “claimed” property.
good
good
Signed up but could never get back into the site
Always said “something went wrong”!
Good
Up-to-date and easy to use. Well done
Where is the current location search?
I used to like this app, but now It gets more ads and less searching options. Not improving ☹️
Getting worse
used to be good app but not able to login with Facebook account. (Web is ok so only app has this issue)
User friendly
Functional and easy to navigate with. Ideal tool for property hunting in Malaysia.
Fake listing from imposter
No action taken against those irresponsible agent on fake listing. (E.g. Arunraaj Nadarajan, REN26914 from Propnex Realty Sdn Bhd - JB.)
Simple and informative
One of the up to date apps on malaysian properties.
Scrolling is identified as click
This is getting annoying now every so often of scrolling the ads get triggered due to glitch(?) and this is my guess, my finger get recognised as click although it was a scrolling motion. Can’t possibly be avoided too because the ads display is so big.
Can be improved
Please include multitasking feature with the ios 4 & ability to save "saved" lists on server
Awesome!
I got leads from this apps! Thx iproperty!
Massive Fake ads and Shady agents
There’s a massive amount of fake ads that shady agents use to fish or bait and switch potential clients. No user controls to filter, report or block these bad agents. So it becomes the Wild West Makes this app Unusable.
Design quite good. But there are inaccurate picture and outdated advertsements
The design and setup is quite good. But there are a lot inaccurate picture and outdated advertisement. Suggest real name register the agent and putting some assessment to remove unfaithful agents.
PLEASE PLEASE ADD A MAP VIEW!!!!
The app, and the desktop version for that matter, would be 100 times more useful if it had a map view/function. It would be so much easier to search and browse for properties if it had a map interface. If the 3 key factors of all real estate are: location, location, and location; then why on earth would you make a real estate platform that doesn’t let you browse by... LOCATION ????
Best App for Property Search
Help me find properties in Malaysia on the go seamlessly with no hassle. Just simply love the app.
How come Malaysia can’t have higher standard company….
This apps is ridiculously terrible it just show me a black screen once I downloaded. The image is not bad but the entire site is so bad information is so less and agent are so unresponsive. Act like there are the boss and we potential home buyer are begging them to sell us the home. I checked your reviews but a lot of them seems so sketchy I felt like you bought some fake apps store reviews elsewhere………… nothing near what the other positive reviews said. This standard of listing website just can’t cope with international apps, we Malaysian deserve better
Good
It's need more development
Landscape mode issue
App does not open in landscape mode, limiting usability when using iPad with keyboard
Works now!
Thanks for the upgrade fix. Works like before now. This app is so useful, I really like it. Just one improvement request: for saved searches, we should be able to name the saved search.
Pls verify postings
iProperty needs to control fake postings of sale and rent.
It works, as well as their website
Like the app, finds my property easily and easy to contact agents to get my property. Would like to request for more content, such as mortgage calculator, news and etc.
Missing features
Missing a lot of features, more filter options like furniture, map view , select area and neighbor to have more coverage
Great app
Best Property App
Totally malaysia standard app
I can make one better than this on my own
It works!
At least it works properly. Simple and straightforward though I might say, needed a bit more improvement. A bit old, don't you think so?
Informative but apps always close on its own
It is a useful apps with good info. However the apps either refresh on its own and bring us back to page we already scrolled by, or close on its own, which is inconvenient to user.
Fantastic app
Fantastic app - everythign the property searcher on the go needs!
Search function is broken
The search function doesn't work in this version.
Very Useful!
Thanks for making an app. Very useful and functional, not forgetting to mention: a good interface.
No reply!
All agent not replying to the enquiry! No one ever reply to the message or email. They even advertise the one already occupied
Good
Like more dun guru
Keep loading!
Please test your app before release to us!
Require update for iPad
Overall this apps is ok for iPhone, but I'm using it in iPad which the picture not that clear hope iProperty can launch an iPad version soon
