Visitor Log
I have some concerns regarding the visitor log feature in the iCares app. As both the owner and tenant use the same app, I am concerned about whether the owner is able to view my visitor log on a daily basis. The visitor log contains personal information such as my visitors’ names and phone numbers. I also noticed that I am able to view the owner’s bills through the same app, which makes me concerned about the level of privacy and access between owners and tenants. It would be better if the app could provide separate access or permissions for owners and tenants, especially for sensitive information such as visitor records. This would help protect users’ privacy while still allowing each party to access the information relevant to them.
With new WhatsApp username update, theres really hard to invite people through their phone numbers

The WORST visitor pass system !!!!!!! When I try to create a pass for a guest, the app makes me enter their phone number and share a link. But the process is completely circular and useless: the visitor receives the link, clicks it, is asked to enter their phone number AGAIN, and then is forced to download the app to proceed. To make matters worse, after all those steps, no actual pass was generated. They are VISITORS. They should not need to register for an app just to enter my building. It defeats the entire purpose of a digital pass. Totally useless, not practical at all, and a massive waste of time.
Vehicle Registered
I have one account but registered under 2 difference areas security. i deleted one of the vehicle listing from 1 of the area, but the apps deleted 2 sides. then now i must registered again, duplicated job
Rule of sks
Can put rule of sks inside apps , sometimes we can see on their apps . Lebih banyak maklumat dapat lebih senang for residents to understand

Very Unhelpful Support Team
Very poor management from the Arte Subang West (Shah Alam) branch. I submitted inquiries through the iCare app but received no proper response. My inquiry status was changed to ‘Complete’ without any explanation
Entry and Exit
Entry and Exit sometimes got notification,sometimes don't have. We unable to track our vehicle in log files property. Cheapskate Apps and never got fix bugs these few years.

Please upgrade the app to add functionality. 1. Vehicle entry and exit notification: let people can set it to not notify, because when a vehicle enters or exits through detection, the whole family will receive a notification, which is a bit annoying. 2. Digital key: When someone uses the digital key, family members can receive notifications. We are not notified of things that should be notified, and we are notified of things that should not be notified.

Unknown error 403
I have been facing these error message on my mobile app for the pass 1 week and has not been able to resolve. Redownloading a new app, update or even change of mobile number. This has caused massive inconvenience as my community only work with app to enter the security.

Visitor Multiple Entrance issue
Please make the multiple times visitor pass more useful, like from which date to which date, weekly or daily. So I don’t have to create it everytime for my family member to enter

Hi, please make improvement when to receive visitor..after sent a link, the visitor can fill their own car no plate and selpie so at the guard house, no need to que and the guard need to fill the information's visitor..maybe after that you can give the new barcode that info's visitor (selfie,name,car no plate) so the guard only scan the barcode..save more time !

CAN'T REGISTER PHONE NUMBER
i don't know if the system problem because i have put my number on the first page "what's is your phone number" and the message "sorry you are not registered jn our database" whyyy can't exist ?
